“…will not make her to accept…”

Are you sure you want to book language lessons with a person who makes this type of mistake (alongside a myriad more) in one short paragraph of text?

Some people just have no shame. One can’t help but laugh at the clumsy arrogance on display.

No continuation of the previous lesson, disappointing.

There is one major downside - the speed of response to any click on your website. To pay for the next lesson is really an ordeal. Takes me close to an hour(!) to get to the payment stage. Something really needs to be done about the response time to a click. I should have commented long time a go as the issue is persisting form months to my experience. Otherwise , the site is good and i am really happy with the tutor

I have been using Lonet Academy since 2019, but recently had a very disappointing experience. My 230 EUR account balance was deleted without warning due to “inactivity,” even though I could not use it because the platform refused to pay the tutor I had collaborated with over the years.

I reached out to the owner directly, but they were categorical and unwilling to resolve the issue. The platform also updated its terms in March 2025 without notifying long-term users or obtaining their consent.

This demonstrates a lack of transparency, poor customer support, and disregard for users’ funds. I cannot recommend this platform.

Fantastic, my Latvian has improved vastly, I have a brilliant teacher, who remains calm all the time even when I make stupid mistakes.

First expression is awful , bought 3 lesson in a row, one was cancelled and there is no refund. You cant find on your profile any information about booked lesson and there is no link for a lesson, so basically you just miss the lesson and lose money. Custom support dont assist, nobody pick up the phone, so it seems like scam.

I have been using Lonet Academy for a while now, and I’m very satisfied. It’s easy to navigate, well organized, and the lessons are valuable. Lonet Academy is a great company to work for. The personnel are very reachable and ready to help with any questions that I have.
Very quickly after I made a profile with them, two students picked me as their tutor and they are excellent students who are serious about learning.
I have not requested payment yet so I can't tell about that end.
Only negative so far is setting your schedule. It is very tedious every week.

It is convenient and easy platform for experienced teachers, also for starting teachers to get experience.

I also enjoy that the system is quick and available for using it everywhere.
