Palima explained everything in an easy to understand way that answered any questions I had. The process was extremely smooth and unstressful. If there was a way to give negative stars, I would. I have been the Personal Representative of an estate for a friend who sadly, took out a reverse mortgage with these money-grubbers. They are virtually impossible to contact directly. You have to go through the same number. Wait times are interminable and you get a different person every time. READ THE FINE PRINT! They have written in all sorts of ways to suck money out of your account. DO NOT USE THEM!

I just applied for a reverse mortgage with Rick McClure and the entire process couldn’t have been any easier.
