Stay away from this moving company. Very unprofessional, lair, fraud company. I never have to deal with most unprofessional people in my life. Oh, and customer service it's a jock. Very very unprofessional customer service. An agent will lie to to you about almost everything. He/she will give you lowest quote but when the driver come to pick-up stuff i saw him my full inventory. Half way through the loading he said i did not have enough space in the truck for my stuff so, he added more cu f. that cost me an extra 44% of my quote. How much honest i was about my inventory these people were dishonest about it.
These people are there to skim to every customer. I moved from Michigan to California June-July 2018. Their are so many hidden charges. One of my box is still missing but not any reply from anyone.
After a claim of few things were damaged the compensation is nowhere near the repairing cost.
These people are there to skim everyone especially if you are moving long distance.

Long Distance Moving Experts.net (not .com) -- This company (LDME.net) should be closed down. The initial rep, Christopher Scott, was helpful and friendly. He quoted us $2961 for 1120 cu.ft. -- a fair deal to move from NorCal to SLC, Utah.
In short, they held our items as ransom, extorted over $5,500 ($2,600 more than the original quote) our of us, lied about the actual cubic footage, lied about not consolidating our shipment, broke furniture and lamps because they trans-shipped our goods, falsified the bills of lading, refused to assist us in any way. This company and all involved are crooks. Avoid them at all cost!
The day before they were scheduled to pick up our belonging, he disappeared. Spoke with the "GM", Nick Chambers, who said Chris had left the company and later said he was moved to a different dept. Nick dropped out of the picture, and we were left to deal with Bella (who answers the phone if you call WI, IL or IN). They do NOT own the trucks; they subcontract.
While on the road from CA to UT, Bella and Heather (supposedly another "manager") continuously tried to force us to sign and send other documents to confirm cc approvals for the initial downpayment. Their harassment and business tactics are horrible at best and unscrupulous, bordering illegal at worst.
They told us our belonging would not be consolidate with another person -- they lied. At pick up, the truck had approx. 1500 cu.ft. -- near full capacity (the lead driver explained how they measure it inside the back of-- the truck). At drop off in the same sized truck, different driver,, our items had been crammed into the forward part of the truck, occupying "approx 1200 cu.ft." per the driver himself.
Long Distance Moving Experts.net (the mover) would not talk to the trucking company, would -not intervene to help, and forced us to pay in cash to the truck drive -- double the original quote or they were going to drive away and put everything in storage at our cost until they recd payment!
Go with any other company!!! Stay away from Long Distance Moving Experts.net -- you will regret it otherwise!!!

This company is one of the best ones, i moved from Chicago to Miami,and Nick was very nice and helped me with the whole process. Customer service was very polite, explained everything very professional. The price i was quoted for $5000 and it went up $600 just because i add more items witch it was fine, i decided to keep some extra items and i didn't informed Nick. Movers did very good job, packed very well everything plus they delivered my furniture on the date i requested. I never knew that moving with a company will be so easy, and stress free.
I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

It has been a nightmare working with this company for our move from SF to Seattle. Before the move, all communication was easy, clear, and great. They price they quoted for an all-inclusive move was fabulous. We were told to expect movers at 9am on a Thursday. When 9am came and went, everything went downhill--fast. It was hard to get anyone to pick up the phone. Agents would promise to contact dispatch and get back to us--and never called us back. (That happened 5+ times with 5 different agents, suggesting that this isn't an issue with one bad apple). We were told the movers would come at 3pm. Then at 6pm. At 7pm, we got in touch directly with the dispatchers, who only operate with text message, for some reason. Dispatch gave us the number for the driver, who told us he was in Sacramento in the middle of another job and wouldn't be coming. Dispatch, simultaneously, assured us everything was fine and that the driver was on his way (even though he wasn't). Then dispatch simply stopped responding to us. Day 2: It took us until noon for any agent to call us back. No driver had been scheduled or confirmed. Agents told us they would talk to dispatch and get back to us, and never did. Finally they told us a driver would come at 6pm. Now they're telling us 8pm. They've blown past their estimated time window for pick up by 48 hours, and we're increasingly sure that we are royally screwed. Of course, it's too late to find a back up. We're probably going to rent a uhaul and pack it ourselves. Everything about their service and communication has been exceedingly unreliable, dishonest, and unprofessional. We're starting to feel like this is just a scam, and that we'll never even see our deposit again. Watch out.

Terrible experience!!! 13 days after and I still do not have my furniture... also they charged me $3,000 more than the quote they gave me. Do not hire them.
