I visited the Longines Boutique store in Covent Garden earlier today. The purpose of the visit was to try a watch that my local Longines agent does not hold in its regular stock. A young lady, Courtney-Dee, served me and spent some considerable time in explaining many of the features of the model I was interested in. Courtney-Dee could not have been more helpful and showed no disappointment when I advised her that I would place an order but through my local Longines agent who has looked after my family with jewellery and watches for many years. Courtney’s professionalism does her and Longines credit as I have no doubt that not every sales person would have behaved so well. Well done.

After I did not receive my watch on the date it was due, I sent an email to customer services and since I did not receive any answer, I called them twice without success. Couple of hours later I got a call back and only after I inquired where my order is, I saw some change on my account and then I saw that it was sent only after I called them. Then it arrived very quickly.
