Benen 3 months, have not received my hoodie and the few times the answer email they blame it on me and say it's my problem.
They’re a total scam: no goods arrived, they don’t respond to emails, phone numbers non existent. Horrible, don’t ever order with them.
Well where to start, this firm is an absolute disgrace I placed my order and the item took about 3 weeks to come and from China, which I did not know about if I knew I would have spent my money else where!
I paid £45 for a pair of what they call 'JOGGERS' when in fact they are some very poorly made piece of old tat from a sweatshop in China!.
I have emailed about 10 times asking how I go about a refund and got some pathetic about sending pictures as they wanted to see if the goods where faulty - they weren't faulty it was the wrong order and the wrong size.
A company like this should not be able to continue trading ripping people off.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY - SCAMMERS!!

Afterwards another company called Eyewear Riverside from California suddently had my credit card informations and abused it They took 202$!!

Still waiting on product and now doing research on this company it seems i have a long wait for something that is going to be poor quality
They at no point advertise their delivery, so unsurprisingly it was very slow. The tracking for my parcel didn't work until my item had already arrived 3 weeks after placing the order. The product was poor quality & didn't look as it did on the website. Still considering returning the product but I don't expect that to be an easy process by any means judging by the explanation on their website. I can't recommend them by any means & regret my purchase.
Item ordered at the beginning of October. Almost 3 weeks later, no correspondence from the seller. I have emailed, sent a facebook message and am currently in the middle of Paypal resolution centre.
Not a peep from the company or anybody related to it.

Company uses white models even though it's an asian company so all the clothes on there are very small! Tried to get a refund but they declined it.
Definitely wouldn't buy off them again.

My order took FOUR weeks to arrive. When it did it was the wrong size and the quality was terrible. I emailed them and asked for a return address it took two days for them to reply and they then said I couldn't return the time as it was a sale item. It wasn't. They then emailed me saying thanks for the purchase and I could have 10% discount on my next purchase. I still requested a return address. that was a week ago. I have given up and took the item which cost me £50 to the local charity shop.
At present am awaiting a refund for 2 items purchased so will update if that ever happens but for now.
As others have mentioned took a while to arrive & was not of very good quality, did not fit was my reason for return but there was no receipt with order so contacted them.
I was refereed to a ARP Trading site where you have to leave a message & are allocated a ticket number.
I received a reply the next day asking me to take photos of me wearing the items so they could determine if they deemed me eligible for a refund as they assumed the customer was responsible for sizing.
If i could log back into the ARP page which is not working right now "Portal is currently not accessible" I would copy & past my reply but honestly there are basic consumer right to purchases which I included in my reply but not being shy i took the photos anyway.
After a few more day i had a reply with an address to return the items, i did so using royal mail next day special delivery & included a print out of my order from the email I'd received on purchase. The package was received & signed for at the address given & I informed them through the ARP Trading site items had been returned safely & attached the royal mail proof of delivery PDF. I was then asked for the tracking number which I gave them & have heard nothing from them or refund.
Then at the weekend i received an email from Longline Clothing saying &i quote

To which I have replied asking where my refund is.
I would say unless you want to go through all this time wasting if your item does not fit &/or risk not getting your money back if you do send it back I'd not deal with this company.
I will update this if or when i get closure.
Bought an item in the sale (which is terrible quality) so tried sending it back...
Don't accept any sort of return on sale items; absolutely appalling customer service too

Placed an order for 175£ including Around Steven items, waited over two weeks, and received nothing but a cap. Customer service is Facebook Based, and answer time is around never - oh and you cant review them on Facebook, so you have to rely on the "customer reviews" on their website, which coincidentially, are all 5 stars...
