Vengono infatti insegnati sia stili esterni come il Long Quan, lo Shaolin Quan e il Tang Lang 7 Stelle basati essenzialmente sulla preparazione atletica, la difesa personale, il combattimento e lo studio delle armi bianche, sia stili interni come il Baguazhang, Taichi o il Qi Gong dove invece predominano il controllo dell’energia secondo la teoria dello yin e dello yang e lo studio della respirazione per il rilassamento mente-corpo.
