I lost a large filling on a tuesday evening and immediately texed my surgery. I received a phone call at 9.00am wednesday with an appointment that day. my dentist( who incidentally I have been with for some 40 years) fixed me up. This is not exceptional customer service. This is a standard that this practice consistently delivers.
I'm very impressed with the Long Sutton Dentistry practice. The level of professionalism is high and everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Certainly leaving me less nervous about going to the dentist.

The nurses are helpful, my hygienist was super good and the smiling reception staff are the best in customer service I have come across. A really nice place to come and have your teeth looked after.
Joined Long Sutton Dentists last year after becoming unhappy with my usual private dental practice. I found it to be a breath of fresh air. The reception staff are friendly without coming across as false, the hygienist, dentist and their dental nurses are very professional, friendly and informative offering impartial advice. Recently had a teeth whitening course and replacement fillings - very happy with the final result. Definitely recommend them
