I will give them zero star. They had to change a regen water pump. Thier plumber told if i place the order then he won’t charge 150 eur of current visit he came to check the problem. But he didn’t honour his word n neither the company. He also promised pump is not China made but when he came to put the pump, it was China made. I had to pay hefty amount of 1100 eur. In a year, pressure vessel broke. As pump was under guarantee, I called them and they took 2 hours to find the issue just to charge me 135 eur per hour. Some inexperienced guy will come to check and then he will call his colleague to seek help from and you pay hourly charge for his ignorance. I preferred to do it myself and it worked. They are big scam. Cheaters !!
