I recently needed a logo for my new company and discovered Looka.com. After answering just a few questions, I was immediately presented with hundreds of design possibilities, offering an impressive range of options—from fonts and symbols to complete logo concepts and more. I saved several designs I liked and then interacted with Looka’s AI chat, which was unlike any AI experience I’ve had before. The responses were incredibly fast, precise, and informative, especially when it came to pricing plans, downloadable file types, and other important details.
After purchasing the Premium subscription, I continued refining my designs and experimenting with different options. Unfortunately, I encountered a technical issue overnight that required human assistance, so I left a message through the AI chat. To my surprise, I woke up to a response already waiting in my inbox. Frank from Looka not only addressed my question promptly, but he had also already identified, resolved, and apologized for the issue I encountered. He even provided clear and helpful guidance on saving and editing files. This level of proactive, thoughtful support genuinely impressed me—you rarely see customer service like this anymore.
The online package itself exceeded my expectations. The downloaded files were exactly as promised and included multiple high-quality, scalable formats that work seamlessly with Adobe products for further customization. The logos are available in color, black and white, and transparent versions, providing incredible flexibility. You can edit your design in countless ways and download multiple versions to test across your website or products until you find the perfect fit. The only element locked after purchase is the company name; however, slogans, colors, fonts, symbols, and overall design elements remain fully editable.

Initially a great experience, but then goes down hill from there. You can't export or know what the font they use are. So you can't use these anywhere else. Really limits what you can do.

I stupidly signed up for the yearly renewal package. After the initial logo design, never used it again. The most annoying part is Looka bill you on the anniversary without warning, so you can't cancel ahead of time if not getting value any more. Waste USD 96. I tried to cancel straight after it auto-renewed, but got radio silence from support even after multiple emails. No prewarning of billing is a true sign of a crappy SAAS business model. Be warned...

I did sign up a year ago and i made a payment. I used the service for a few minutes. They deducted $95 and have done it a year later without any notice. I am extremely upset

Only suggestion: Let businesses with an existing typography use custom fonts or google fonts

This is my second year using Looka for a logo. The site was easy to use and options for editing were plentiful. I especially appreciate the package options that allow customers to buy logo-only files.

I was having issues with DNS records and decided to reach out by email. Frank took good care of the issue and came to a quick resolve.

The logo files and variations are not enough to roll out the brand. Also small design pieces, like letterhead, should be included instead of being extra charged. We didn't even receive the color reversed file, only the black logo on white background which is not aligned with our color palette. The folder with favicons consists of only one circle where we have more symbols as part of our logo and the lack of it doesn't allow to further moderate for different purposes.

I emailed support team for refund and they helped me me out in timely manner and provided great customer service. I would definitely recommend all the developer in my circle for new website logo creation to brand launch. Thanks again Looka team.
