Fantastic

Exceptional value for money

I can’t believe how quick I have received my order within 48 hours. I am so pleased with the 5 cards I ordered.
The quality and clearness of the cards are brilliant. Also the price is exceptional for the quality of the cards. Can’t wait to order my next lot . And see the reaction to the family members who are going to receive the cards. 👏👏👏😁

Fabulous cards

I have ordered from this site a number of times. I think i might be addicted ! There is a wide range of cards for all occasions. You can see the outcome of your card in seconds and the results and quality of the cards are superb and hilarious . My friends and family love them !. I had a problem with one of my cards and Tom could not be more helpful. I have shared their link with lots of friends and I highly highly recomend themif you want a unique card .

Mother’s Day card that still haven’t arrived three days late…

I ordered a Mother’s Day card which was advertised before Mother’s Day is still hasn’t arrived on the Tuesday after Mother’s Day. What is the point of advertising cards that you have? No chance of delivery when you’re competitors i.e. thortful and Moonpig can and will deliver right up to the day before Mother’s Day, very poor Service. I won’t be using this company again.

Hi, I’m sorry to hear your card wasn’t delivered in time for Mother’s Day. I can see you ordered late afternoon on Thurs 12 March and your card posted with Royal Mail First Class on Fri 13 March. The estimated delivery dates that were shown prior to checkout were Sat 15 - Tues 17 March as though most of our cards do arrive very quickly with Royal Mail due to this no longer being a next day guaranteed service we always give a 1-3 day delivery estimate so that customers are aware of the delivery dates before they purchase.

We are a small family business and use a professional printers to print and dispatch our cards which they do very efficiently. All orders placed before midday Mon-Fri are printed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after midday Mon-Fri are shipped on the next working day. All of our cards are sent with Royal Mail First Class and unfortunately items are also sometimes delayed or even lost in transit with Royal Mail.

If your card was not delivered as it should have been on the Tues 17 March, the end of the delivery estimate period, please do email support@lookalikey.com as we can ofcourse then arrange for your card to be either resent or refunded.
