I purchased an O Ring monitor 8 months ago . It worked for 2 months then did not accept a charge .
Because it had passed an initial warranty period I was asked to pay $30US. processing fee and had to mail to Vancouver another $25 C.
A replacement was sent from Ontario, my home province .
Failure again . They asked for mailing costs again .
Failure again . Letter received over a month ago saying they would rectify at no cost to me .
No further response after two letters from me .

I ordered oximeter on Amazon but this was not a prime delivery, this measures my blood oxygen level i wanted this one because of the usb charging I ordered it Jan 10 this is important if you are in business that deals in these types apparatis they said 15 to the 25 it i cant cancelled it really did want this one note these are for health

After two weeks of emails back and forth with customer service they finally determined that it was dead but since it was past the warranty period, I was just out of luck. I used it a total of FOUR TIMES before it died. They offered me a 10% discount to buy a new one though- in case I was dumb enough to want to risk spending $250 again and hoping this was a rare hardware failure. Nope. Not going to happen. My unit should have lasted for many, many years of continuous use- not 4 times and that's it. I wouldn't risk buying any Lookee product again now that I know how they stand behind their stuff.
