SENT FEWER ITEMS - NO EXPLANATION!
a) I ordered 7 bottles of hand wash and only 4 were despatched. No explanation given! Will they post later and if so how much later? I was not given any info. b) They block REPLIES to their outgoing emails. And make it cumbersome to email them through their website. Instead of us clicking REPLY to their message. All done to reduce customer communications...

The order was not fulfilled
I ordered a product from Look Fantastic, spent 59 Euros, and they did not fulfill the order. The support over their website, also is automated in response, and they are not reading or taking this into consideration or helping. I emailed their support about 5 times. Very poor service and they are not to be trusted as I lost 59 Euros.
