I ordered 4 x beauty of joseon products…

I ordered 4 x beauty of joseon products on order to avail of a special offer. it clearly said i qualified for a free beauty of joseon dynasty cream 50ml but this wasn't in the order when it arrived. When I queried it with your agent Jasmine she told me it's a limited offer and when it's gone it's gone. Surely in this age of modern technology your website could take down the offer when the stock is gone. Im very dissatisfied on this occasion as im a long standing customer of LF

### Excellent Service from Lookfantastic

I recently placed an order with **Lookfantastic** and was very happy with the overall experience.

The ordering process was quick and straightforward, the products were exactly as described, and my order arrived safely and in good condition. Everything was well packaged, and I was kept informed throughout the delivery process.

I was very pleased with the service and would have no hesitation in ordering from Lookfantastic again. A great shopping experience from start to finish!

Delivery taking so long recently

I always love shopping with look fantastic but lately the delivery is taking much longer. If you are not in a hurry i would order but of you want your products with 10 days i wouldn’t.

Delivery not 4-6 working days

I ordered on Sunday night, delivery is advertised as 4-6working days, delivery is planned for following Wednesday which is 8 working days. The order was a birthday present and treats for sleepover. Very disappointing especially as the delivery wasn't free.
