Terrible customer service and after sales

If I could put no stars I would.
Ordered 3 babyliss hair wands through last year, one for me, my sister and niece.
My neices was faulty, they said send it back by on line chat. This was in ea4ly November 25. They gave me three different codes for free postage, not one of them worked so I had to pay to send a faulty item back. Then they said they couldn’t find it eventually it turned up offered a refund, I so no 3 times a replacement. They said it has to be a refund. Guess what still no refund of £120. I’ve been waiting for over 3 weeks for my money. But stupidly I ordered another as it was to replace the faulty one for my niece and I’m out of pocket £120.
Absolutely disgusting customer services. Will never use them again

Quick response but resolution disappointing

I ordered a bottle of Tom Ford aftershave which arrived damaged — the lid was smashed and the bottle chipped. I contacted customer support via chat and provided photos. I was offered either a full refund if I returned the item or a £10 partial refund. I chose the £10 as returning it felt like too much hassle, but given the aftershave cost £124, the compensation seemed rather low at 8% of the purchase price.

Disappointing Company

I have been placing hundreds of orders on LF and I am a loyal customer. But the closed my account for NO reason!!!!! I lost my £864 credits in my account!!!!! Let me tell you the whole thing: An item in my parcel was missing, I reported to customer immediately when I open the box. I first requested a refund, because I was leaving UK. But the customer service was so careless and they gave me replacement instead. They did NOT pay any attention to the customer’s request. Then I told them I can’t receive it bc I’m leaving!! But they said I will need to wait for the items being returned. Well, it took me 1 week to wait for this stupid progress, and finally they closed my account to solve this?????? I can NOT bevelive how could this happened?!?! I have placed hundreds of orders from you, why would I lie for just 50pounds???!!!
I am SOOOOO UPSET as a loyal customer for 5 years!!!!! Can this be investigated or I will encourage everyone NOT using LF anymore!!!!
It is impossible to contact anyone from yr Company.

I saw wonderful the beauty box from…

I saw wonderful the beauty box from lookfantastic uk which is cost 50£ and ordered on 6 march and till date I didn’t receive it. They didn’t want to refund or replace it, I so mentally and physically exhausted, my nervous systems were damaged thank to online store, awful store, I never again I will order here.

I ordered a perfume costing £84 online…

I ordered a perfume costing £84 online using the 'Guest Checkout' option. There has since been no communication from the online beauty retailer with a delivery update and I now believe I am being frauded by the company. I have emailed them and received a reply back that my order should be showing on my account, which is untrue. There is no trace of my order apart from on my bank account where Lookfantastic has charged me for the perfume. I do not know where to go from here and have told them I would report the incident on TrustPilot.
