I’m so glad I found Lookiero . The personal service is fantastic and it’s important to communicate as they really listen to you . I chose to have a three month delivery slot .
My experience felt as if I had a best friend shopping for me . I kept all five pieces.
Easy to follow , first class quality of clothing .
So personal and you well designed packaging comes with style tip cards.
Get going . Highly recommend and easy return service if needed .

Just give me a label! It is not inconvenient - but absolutely impossible if I do not have the label as I have no address to post to.Surely it is not beyond your ability to contact DPD and instruct the
Lookiero - you are disingenuous - you have posted a reply stating you can see an email was sent from DPD to myself on the 12 th March - that is an outright lie.You sent me an email - stating DPD would send a label “ shortly “ That email has never arrived despite checking all my folders daily since.I have responded privately and a few times in between yet still you have not sent me a label to return your box of clothes that I cancelled.What a dreadful organisation .I do not like liars - and as I pointed out in my email response to you today you do not need to investigate this - it is not a crime scene - it is an average lady working full time as a nurse in a particularly stressed job that just wants this nightmare to end by posting your clothes back to you - but you are not letting me do that because you will not send me a label and I do not know where to send them! No doubt it is setting some scene to scam me for the cost of the clothes - oh well we sent a label... etc.
But forget that - I was sort of prepared to live and let live and return - if you had sent the label - and put down to incompetency - but I now see that you are liars.No one likes liars.

As we have already explained via email, we absolutely understand your discontentment with the return situation, but I am afraid that there are no alternatives to it right now.
Brexit has caused many issues, one of them being that we are not able to provide physical labels. The only alternative we have is sending printable ones in order to allow our customers to return their unwanted items back instead of keeping them for an indeterminate amount of time.
We know that having to print the label is not convenient and we have explained in different emails that we are glad to wait until it is possible for you to print it out and return the goods safely.
A new label has already been requested, but we depend on DPD to send it, so we have to wait until they do.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Would Recommend
I think it is a pretty good service. First box I kept everytying, second box nothing but was super easy to return!! The third box I have kept everything - good brands (Joules and Hobbs) and with the 25% discount for keeping everything was good value.

No customer Service
Despite completing online form twice asking for someone to contact me regarding a missing returns label, 10 days later, no acknowledgment or contact ... there is telephone contact no on website so left in limbo. Hoping their customer service team might read this and take action as no other recourse.

I’ve just received my first Lookiero box, it was so exciting as I’ve been tracking the package! I absolutely love everything in the box and I am keeping it all! £135.00 for jeans, 2 jumpers, a blouse and a jacket . All fantastic quality. If it wasn’t lockdown I’d order another box immediately but I’ve nowhere to wear the clothes!!

Crap service and fake reviews company staff post reviews there is no way to cancel once financial information given company take payments at random and make it very difficult to return goods can I suggest that when you respond as a business you give a business address and you give contact numbers as you do not answer questions to you in the app unless the police are involved
