Customer Service Below Average

I bought both the Cooper readers and Muse-M progressives frames. Every time that I’ve tried to wear the Cooper’s the lenses pop out, its like they are too thick or too big for the frames and the progressives prescriptions in the lenses are off. I think maybe the Muse-m is too small of a frame for progressive lenses. After reaching out via email to address concerns I was told that a specialist would reach out and as of 1/09/2026 I still haven't beard back from anyone. I've made numerous attempts to contact this company by phone and/or email unsuccesfully. Initially I was interested in exchanging frames/lenses for more suitable ones but since I was never able to speak to someone about the above issuues as of now I'm stuck with $200 worth of glasses that can't be worn. Ever been in a business meeting and your lense pops out? I have! Customer service is below average..I do not recommend this company.

Look optic has incredible glasses and even better customer service. Especially Andy!!

Look optic has incredible glasses. I love their progressives. When I’ve had questions, their customer service is always helpful. My most recent interaction, I was needing to exchange two of my glasses I got, due to something I did, not because of optic, and their customer service went above and beyond to help me. Specifically Andy. After Andy‘s help, I will now be a lifelong customer.

I have been thoroughly impressed with… Customer Service

I have been thoroughly impressed with both the product and the customer service at Look Optic.

The progressive readers are extremely comfortable and well made. Progressive readers can be difficult to transition into, but these were easy to use right out of the box. When you open the packaging (also very cleverly done), there are tips for use and how to adjust the frames for ideal fit.

Equally importantly, the customer service has been outstanding! They (Andy) have been immediately available and when I had an issue with shipping, they were very attentive and made sure that the product arrived.

Overall, I will order from Look Optic again and encourage you to give them a “look.”

Scammed! Very poor customer service!

I ordered two pairs of look optic glasses. I expected to receive them in 3-6 days. I still haven’t received them and it’s been 16 days so far. When you try to contact them you don’t get an actual person, but probably some sort of AI customer service. I sent multiple emails without any confirmation that the glasses have been mailed. They provide tracking number but it’s only a label that’s been created. Nothing mailed. Inexcusable! No offer to refund my credit card. Do not get scammed like I have been!

Excellent customer service!

Andy took care of exactly what I needed and was pleasant and helpful since I made the mistake.
Love your progressives as readers since I’ve had cataract surgery and all I need are readers, but like the look of a full eyeglass.

It is impossible to speak to anyone…

It is impossible to speak to anyone regarding my undelivered order. The delivery company told me they do not have the package yet from LookOptic and LookOptic is telling me it’s sitting with the delivery company. So far I have no glasses and there is no one to speak to at LookOptic. Very disappointing.

Missing package for Christmas

I had some glasses delivered by FedEx and they disappeared. I don’t know if somebody stole them, but the customer service team take some basic steps to find them and when I couldn’t they sent me out a replacement immediately. Highly recommend this company.

The customer service was outstanding

The customer service was outstanding. They noticed the package was not arriving as expected and initiated contact to let me know they are aware and tracking it. When it could not be located they sent a new shipment. They were responsive and so helpful. So rare with companies these days. You could actually reach a human being who could help. Thank you Look Optic!!

Lookoptic customer service

I ordered glasses as a Christmas present for a holiday party. The glasses didn't arrive during the window. I emailed and called to find out when I would receive them. Emails were sent to me apologizing for the shipment issues and I was told that replacement glasses would be sent overnight. Never received. I sent an email and got another quick response apologizing and ensuring me they were on top of it. Then got another email saying they were going to overnight the glasses so I would get them in time for the party. No shipment. After asking for help, got another quick response with an invalid tracking number and another apology. After several days of emails, the AI responded that I would get live support within 24 hours. This was false. Got another AI response. I also tried calling the phone number and left messages. No response.

Excellent service and product

I received prompt response from Look Optic after I had issues with the postal service when mailing a return.
They quickly helped me resolve the issue and ordered a replacement for me right away.
I have already received one pair of readers from Look Optic and really like them. I have received many compliments and the clarity of the lens is great.
I highly recommend.

Progressives are cute and well-made
The Black Friday shipping was slow, but customer service was so responsive and helpful in ensuring I received my glasses. And I actually like them better than both my Rx glasses (I think my eyes may have gotten worse really quickly, and that's why those were bad, but also maybe the placement of the different strengths was hard for me?) and OTC readers (Look Optic frames are SO lightweight, regular readers were awkwardly heavy, leaving a weird mark on my nose). And they are CUTE.

A very happy customer

I adore these glasses. They are so chic and perfectly functional that I didn't want to take them off after they arrived. I originally ordered regular readers, but after receiving a personal note from the Look Optic team I thought to ask if they could switch me to progressives. The communication was on point and they made the switch without it creating a hassle for either side. I'm so glad I got the progressives because the lenses are oversized (very cute), which means I can see everything far away and get a secret assist for reading. 5/5, would recommend!

I loved my frames, but...

I loved my frames, but I accidentally purchased the wrong lenses. My first POC was an AI bot, which made for a prompt response. Because I made a mistake with the exchange, I had to speak to a human. The person handled my exchange quickly and fairly. I was incredibly satisfied. I'll look the Lookoptic first for new readers! The products are quality and stylish and the customer service is top-notch. What else can you ask for? :)
