I signed up for this search co

I signed up for this search co. I used it for ? 3 hrs. the first 2 days. Not only was the info inaccurate, totally outdated even when it was right, but of the 2 people I requested , one, with many same names on the list was not even on the list.. Or,I don't think so because nothing was accurate. After 1st 2 days, I tried to call co. The phone kept going, and going and going for days to a person (Probably not their no.) I was able to find another no., days or wks. ago I spoke with man & told him the problems. This after contacting them by e-mail several times with no replies. Said they would get in touch soon. I never heard about the refund, It was attempts requested prior to trial date ending.but unable to get in contact.They have not acknowledged that I cancelled.
