Well I planned the trip i paid for everything, it seemed a little weird, at first, I had my doubts, but I called the customer service the representative told me I had to call the flyght company after he explained everything to me, so I called the flyght company told me I needed to download there app, so I did they will send you confirmation the time you can check in, with othe reminders, in all for the first time ever doing this, it was not bad.

For got to add i will be using them in the future.😀

This is one of the worst decisions I've ever made of a travel agent so-called to use in my entire career. I booked a flight for over $200 with them and I didn't realize that the second leg did not take off till 25 hours later that in itself is deceptive you're looking at that on the phone you don't notice that it says 25 hours later. Anyway I paid for the insurance to be able to cancel the and get my money back and it said nowhere that I had to do that before the flight nowhere in fact he just admitted to me on the phone it doesn't say that anywhere so I called to get my money back he refuses to give it to me that's why they have horrible reviews all over this website and every other website I've looked at I think they're average ratings 1.2 aggregate out of five which is pathetic. Don't use them trust me don't use them there they have deceptive advertising practices they have bullshit refund policies don't intend to give you your money back at all and just argued with me like a child as well not professional at all. They won't be in business long

For now, the problem is solved. If they would state more clearly which country's dollar is used for the transaction, it would be much better. I had no problems with my flight. It is definitely a company where you can buy tickets.

I recently booked a flight with Look up Fares, Initially the booking process was a little off as I was charged in pounds instead of Dollars, I expressed my concern over the mistake and they were able to rectify the matter and leave me satisfied in the end.

Sept 22 or 23 looking for 1 way flight Dallas Texas to Manila phillipines for 608 dollars took the bite and paid did not receive confirmation or receipt after paying then got a call from someone at another company had all my info but from wanted all my info and I said you have the info why you want it again hung up on me 25 Sept I go to use my debit card and 608.03 charged .I filed a fraud charge against them showed that was real estate company out of Texas when looking at the bank statement does not say airline only says merchant and number fraud debt looking into this do not use any airline listed on cheap travel on the 23 I got a flight for Nov through agoda used them before after all is said and done got my confirmation and everything from agoda still waiting for confirmation from lookupfare or affiliate company they use nothing nada

Lookupfare gave me an eTicket, except failed to actually tell the airline. When I found out the day before my flight, they took 14 hours to resolve this and then had the gall to charge ME $100 more for the flights. I would either pay more at that point or they would simply cancel the whole thing. They are horrible and had no remorse. Go any other mainstream travel company. If you think you are saving money with these folks, it might cost you more too, IF they can actually repair the damage they cause.

Was very worried booking thru this site, my agent I booked with Dominick, from the booking, to making sure bags were attached, to him calling me back and reassuring me things were gonna be in place. He was great! The flights I booked were $1200 on airline sites, and he found me a great deal half the price of the airlines! Thanks so much~ Will book thru this site again in the future!

Riots and protests keep us stranded in Cuzco Peru. We are unable to get out to connecting flight home. Caren stepped in and was soothing and so helpful. Her customer service was awesome. We are stressed but know that this will all work out.

Wasn’t sure if my flights were confirmed after cvv verification email. I missed it the night before and flight was tomorrow morning. Fernando in customer service exhausted EVERY option to assure my flight could be confirmed for the original date. The line even disconnected and he called back with confirmation of the exact same flight, no additional charges! THANKS FERNANDO !!!

I was very weary of booking my flights on this website as several other attempts at other sites were advertising cheap fares but when I booked they all were bait and switch fares. But I booked my flight for 2 passengers on Lookupfare and received a confirmation from the airlines in under 24 hours. I had saved over $600. I hadn’t received seat assignments and tried calling the airlines directly and had over a 2 hour wait. So I called customer service at Lookupfare and was answered immediately! My seats were assigned immediately. I will definitely use this website again for future travel plans

I couldn't get the flight i needed for less than $650.00. I went to this site they got me the flight i needed for $278.00 with United Airlines. I had no problems with their customer support. I will definitely be using them again

I was extremely skeptical of using this service because all of the bad reviews. I was planning an Alaskan voyage with the boys, and ticket prices directly from the airlines were in the thousands. I used ones of those cost comparison sites that looks for airfares through many different booking services such as Expedia and Kayak and prices were still very high. LookupFare came up in my searches and the tickets were almost half the price. Too good to be true right? I looked up reviews and it looked like many people have had terrible experiences with this service, but to save almost $500 was worth the risk. I booked my tickets and locked in a low rate. Since this is a third party company that essentially has to book the tickets on my behalf, it took a day or two to get a confirmation of my booking. The LookupFare rep tried to raise the price of the booking, but I stood my ground and said I would cancel before paying extra, and he gave me the original price. I think this is the gimmick here, they try to barter with you over the price before they actually charge you, but just be strong and don't comply with their demands! Like other cheap booking services, you have virtually no flexibility with the itinerary, so make sure that you have solid travel plans as you probably won't get a refund if you have to cancel. I was astounded when I was confirmed on a Delta flight because I thought this was surely a scam. It is not. I will be using this service again where it makes sense. 10/10

mistakenly booked with them. flight cancelled, hours of phone calls, many lies, took over 8 months to get money back , then had the audacity to keep exorbitant amount for service fee.

Do not use this company. Go straight to the airline and book your ticket. They will charge you more for a economy ticket than you can book direct and get first class. They will also not refund your money or if they give you a voucher they will only give you a small % of what the run your card for. They are a complete scam. Ron Treat

I called this past Saturday and booked round trip tickets from nashville to Minnesota was told that I will receive a confirmation email. I called Sunday and they spelled our names wrong so they corrected it was told another 24 hours before I get a email. Well money was taking out of the account so I called over and over again to be told the same thing a couple hours to receive my email. Going to the bank to dispute it. Thanks for ruining my chance to see family I haven't seen in 3 years. You took my money and no way to book another flight.

Super sketchy company. I wish I checked them out prior to purchase.
I purchased the ticket online and immediately no e-ticket got issued. two days later I received a call stating the their supplier changed the price and they looked for more money (doubled from what I originally paid). Stupidly I agreed, two days later I received notification that the supplier ran out of regular economy tickets and what they can offer is some BS worth another $100. Please, please don't go through this company.

Very annoyed just booked flight from New York to Orlando for 4 students. Them I get a call from a very rude agent telling me I was not getting the flights for that price have I seen the prices from delta to fly to Florida. Trying to hammer me for more money the booking to my card and details sent me confirmation of booking then this obnoxious agent calls telling me I won't be getting the flights for that price I told him to cancel it
