Much better at showing my usage than either my current or previous supplier. They also have a number of features to help you reduce your usage, through helpful hints at what you can do to reduce your electric/gas usage.

We have been using the Loop app for a while now at our house. The app is so easy to set up, there's every tariff listed for every company, just select what you have and that's it. I shows daily and monthly use from your smart meter. A game changer for during the winter months where things can get very expensive.

This app is a must have if you want to monitor your energy usage.
This LOOP app not only tells me how much energy I have used (both gas and electric) but also the cost of that energy.
I have checked it accuracy and as far as I can tell it’s spot on.
I have now put the energy display meter sent to me by my energy company in the bin, it was rubbish and I now totally rely on the LOOP app to monitor my energy usage.
I give it 5 stars and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Great app , let's you know exactly where you stand with your energy bills.
Everything is displayed clearly and concisely, leaving you in no doubt.
The registration process was easy and straight forward. I didn't need to add any sort of debit/credit card to register ( phew), all you do is input a few digits off you smart meter in home display.
Hence the 4 stars ( why not give you ask?)

1 star = knee jerk reaction. 5 star = paid or asked to leave 5.

So four is usually the highest I award.

Excellent App. Easy to install and set up on my android and provides real time energy data to my smartphone. Also helped me change some energy use habits by comparing different days, weeks and months.

Found this app by chance after searching on the internet. Fairly easy to set up and gives you a good graphical view of your usage daily / weekly / monthly. If you are away from property you can check in and see how much energy you are using. Highly recommended fir people with a smart meter.

Downloaded the app (android/samsung) as my in home display stopped working. Once installed, it did take a couple weeks to get access to the smart meter data, but since then is been very good, providing more info than the display it replaced.

Started using Loop when my supplier said they could no longer read my smart meter as its out of date already!. Loop service manages it just fine so i can keep an eye on usage and see where its all going.

This app is easy to set up, informative and very simple to use. It has already helped me to use slightly less energy, which is key in these times of sky high bills. I like all the information on the app, and the various ways you can view your usage and compare to say, the previous month or week. British Gas seem unable to provide me with anything half as comprehensive. I asked Loop a question, and got a very fast, very pleasant response via email. What's not to love?

I found Loop to be extremely helpful last winter when energy prices were almost unaffordable. I checked every day and soon got into the habit of turning everything possible off at night to cut down on the phantom load. It taught me to cook in bulk, share a bath, wear more clothes, snuggle under a blanket - anything to avoid turning on the heating. I have recommended Loop to my friends and neighbours and still check regularly to make sure I don't overspend. It's got to be good for the environment - more people should know about it.

Easy to use app gives great insight too energy usage.
Downloaded this app as my energy supplier app is terrible.
I can look at 30 minute segments to see how much energy is being used by different appliances.
The solar + battery option has shown me the savings I could make by investing in solar panels. This makes it very easier to see the return on investment.

I love Loop. I use it every day to look at the analysis of my electricity usage.

More Than Just a Smart Meter App

Loop is a breath of fresh air in the smart home industry. Their smart meter app is a remarkable tool that has significantly improved my energy consumption management. With an easy setup process, this free app links to your smart meter and provides insightful data, helping you make informed decisions about your energy use. It has given me an edge over my current service with British Gas by providing more comprehensive information and tools.

Use the app daily to monitor my energy usage and i have cut down my usage as a result, and started to switch plugs off when not in use. I never used to do this but you can see your usage reduce when you switch off standby. I prefer this to the EON app and it seems so much more accurate with daily costs. Really easy to use with useful tips and also took advantage of the turn down and save which was really easy to use

Bit rubbish the service. Get more info from current energy supplier. Was expecting to see live readings as I got that impression. Cant get that. Also a bit shocked that you had easy access so much of my personal home energy usage. How are you making money with this useage data. Probably hidden away in your T&S's that no one reads! LOL
Uninstalling the App from mobile and it errors! so cant uninstall it!

Only signed up for three days I think it was. What a waste of time it was!
