Fake product received after weeks. Will follow up on that…

I was looking for a SK05Pro torch and found that they are significantly cheaper to buy directly from the manufacturer than UK resellers. From China to my door in England in 8 days. Great torch, great service.

My first experience of buying through this company was not straight forward, but it was handled extremely well.

Before Christmas, I ordered an SK05 Pro.
It took a few weeks to arrive, but I didn’t mind that, due to the time of year.
When the torch did arrive, unfortunately for me, it was faulty. It kept turning off after a few seconds, and would not take a full charge.
I emailed Loopgear, and sent a video of the problems I was facing as proof.
Within hours, I was contacted back by Michael, who asked me to try something to rectify the issue. This did not work, so I contacted him back, again with new video proof.
Upon receiving my 2nd email, he immediately dispatched a new SK05 Pro torch to me, no questions asked.
I received my new item five days later, and this one works perfectly.

Electrical items can go faulty, that’s life, and I was just unlucky to have one sent to me.
What really matters is how the company deal with an issue like that, and Loopgear could not have done a better job in my opinion.
Considering they are based on the other side of the world, completely solving my issue within five days is absolutely superb.

I would not hesitate to use them again and the torch is amazing, by the way!
