Super fun product and a great customer service support team that responds and reacts promptly !

Purchased the LED Loop Lasso as a Christmas present for my son. The toy is very well made, came with multiple color lasso’s and most importantly, it’s rechargeable! There was a minor incident with the toy, something I did not think would be covered under warranty, but I reached out to them and they gladly shipped replacement parts to my door for free. 5 Star Customer Service, 5 Star quality products.

Cool toy and awesome customer service! We had a mishap with a part and they responded quickly and sent replacement parts in a more then timely manner!

I had placed an order of 4 loop lassos. They were having a deal. When arrived there was only 1 in the package. I immediately emailed them and they replied back with a solution. They are fixing their mistake and sending me the missing lassos.

Only had one loop laso sent, but they got back to me incredibly quickly and got the second one mailed. Thanks!

I ordered Christmas gift giving, they look like the kiddos will like them, and hopefully, they will get many hours of fun from them.

We were a little worried this would be another online disappointment advertised using fake AI videos. Such a relief to start up the Loop Lasso and watch it perform just like in the videos! Tons of mesmerizing fun. Sometimes if I move too crazy, the string will tangle, but I now know what to avoid. Follow the directions and joy will follow. Not for real little kids, nor any impatient kids. But everyone will enjoy watching and wondering!

I spent over $3,000 on multiple orders from this company. Some items were ordered on November 26th, and it has now been 16 days — I still have not received them.
Several other items were delivered extremely late, and because of the delay I no longer needed them. When I requested a return, the company refused to provide a UPS prepaid return label even though their website clearly states that returns are accepted within 30 days.

Customer service kept sending generic replies and repeatedly delayed the process instead of offering any real help. The products I want to return were never opened or used, yet the company made the return process nearly impossible.

Very disappointing experience for such a large purchase.

There was a slight issue with my order, but I'm thrilled to say they took care of it quickly. Joy, the csr I was dealing with, was wonderful. I wish all companies handled customer service like they do. That's what makes a great company.

A friend lost a piece of the toy that rendered it unusable. Instead of making me purchase a whole new product, the brand simply sent me a new piece! All responses were professional, timely, and kind. Could not ask for a better customer service experience.

Ordered a looplasso pro but received the wrong one, after contacting customer support they shipped me my looplasso pro super quick and kept me updated via e-mail .
I wish more companies had such outstanding customer service/support ( thanks Michael) . This is a Christmas present for my daughter and I checked it out as I’m still a big kid at heart , this thing is very well built with a lot of attention to detail and using/testing it out was so cool as long as you follow directions it’s a blast and I can see it being a hit with the kids if they can get it back of the parents.

Heard so many bad things about it. Don’t buy. It’s not American made. I only buy American products.

Our 5 year old fell ill after playing with the figures. The hospital sent the plastics in the game off for analysis. Today we learned there are several poisonous compounds and this would not be allowed to be imported and fulfilled in the US, which is why it was sent from Tel Aviv. Appalling the company skirts FDA scrutiny this way.

Such a fun toy and being an israeli made product i know i can trust the quality.

Bought my pro lasso and wheel wasn’t gripping the string to be able to spin so i reach out and sent them proof with video and the next day they sent me a replacement. Good customer service

A replacement was sent out the very next day, when I reached out to them. Talk about excellent customer service. I would definitely do business with them again. The loop lasso is so much fun, and I'm grown. Lol. Kudos to yall! Keep up the great work.

I ordered 2, and only received 1, because the post office destroyed the package. I reached out to their customer service multiple times with photos, and also a video of me opening the destroyed package USPS delivered to me, and I received absolutely no response.

They only have a customer service email, no phone number or anything else. So I finally wrote this review and they responded. They said there was a problem with their system that showed my issue was closed and never sent them any of my emails. I hope they fix that!

Full disclosure, I had emailed them about the shipping time prior to receiving the damaged package. My guess is they closed that ticket but then all of my future emails went to the same closed ticket for some reason. Again, I hope they fix that!

Anyway, they replaced my order with what they had available, 2 months after I needed them for my niece and nephews Christmas presents. I’m glad they finally took care of my issue, but it should have never taken this long.
