Guarantee Delivery Scams
Like everyone else the guarantee delivery by Christmas 2023 scam got me too. LoopLasso is so shady it appears they updated their shipping terms and conditions on 12/25/23 when they failed to meet their guarantee to weasel out of honoring it!
Only solution is to dispute the charges. Provide all the details of the emails and the changed refund terms and conditions can be found at Wayback Machine. You can see they changed the page the day they failed on the guaranteed delivery promise and added the clause they are now referring to when you ask for the refund.
Ordered in mid November so they had plenty of time. They shouldn't make guarantees they don't intend to stand behind.
If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered 3, all had issues and didn’t work. One had plastic bits broke right off the spinning gears. They refused to give me a full refund unless I paid the 90$ to ship it back to China. I am pretty sure this company is a scam.
No Integrity
Hello,
As per concurrence with the previous reviews, Loop Lasso "guaranteed" delivery by 12/25/23, or they would refund costs for our purchaes.
Not only did they not deliver on time, nor refund our money, but decided to blame everyone else for their not meeting the guaranteed deadline.
Their Customer Service doesnt try to help (just passes the buck), and "Ben" advises that they are a small business and dont have the money to payout.
So....how are you so wise to promise a guarantee that you cannot backup?
The product is ok. Not as durable as I would have liked, but I am not complaining about the product here. Just the integrity (or lack there of) of this company.
Buyer Beware.
Finally it arrived
I first wrote a 1-star review because I never received the LoopLasso and the shipping had stalled for over a month. But suddenly it arrived, after almost two months. It has been tested and works perfectly! Very fun toy for my daughter to play with.
I see a lot of other people claiming to have been ripped off. This does not have to be the truth, it could just be stuck in transit like mine was. I hope it arrives to all of you.
If you can afford to wait a bit, go for it!
It loses one star because of the slow transit.
Huge scam!
Huge scam!! If you place an order you WILL NOT receive it, they are a complete scam.
This operation is a scam 100%
This operation is a scam 100%. They know you wont recieve anything so in their fine print they protect themselves from holding up their end of a completely fake "guarantee". Im sure i've lost this money but will post everywhere people check and will warn all i can about these frauds. Every attemp to contact will be met with a generic automated response that im sure was written when building the fake company knowing they were simply yltaking money from people and would be flooded with attempts to contact.
I’m really surprised with the reviews…
I’m really surprised with the reviews on here. Because I had a really good experience. Ordered my lasso loop for Christmas. It came in time. I ordered to make sure there was plenty of time with it being overseas delivery at the most busiest time of year you can expect delays. My came unfortunately broke, but a couple of days after Christmas I wrote to them to explain. Customer service were brilliant so friendly. Quick reply’s and they agreed straight away to send me another one out which came in a couple of weeks. Really happy couldnt praise them enough for their response. You sometimes expect a fight on your hands when it comes to broken Christmas toys but shocked me how quick there were and happy to sort out the problem. Thankyou 😊😊
Loop Lasso Fraud
I ordered my Loop Lasso on 12/6/23.
I receive the follow email from the founder Ben:
Your order is reserved! I can't put into words how grateful I am that you've taken a chance on us. Our next batch of Loop Lassos will be shipping on Dec 19th and we can't wait for you to experience it.
Please note, your order is 100% guaranteed to arrive on or before December 24th, or it’s FREE – that's our promise to you.
The order was not received on or before Christmas, which was gifts for my grandchildren, and I wasn’t able to provide.
I did receive after Christmas and since the order was 100% guaranteed to arrive on or before December 24th, or it’s Free, I requested to be credited for my purchase.
Marie, from Loop Lasso email me that I must return the items to receive a refund and only if they were not opened. After pointing out the Founder’s guarantee, she refused and said this was not their policy.

DO NOT TRUST - TRYING TO BACK OUT OF GUARANTEE
Hi, I just found this page & I decided to jump on with the rest of you because I'M DEALING WITH THE SAME 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE IF PRODUCT DID NOT ARRIVE ON OR BEFORE CHRISTMAS EVE......
I'm BEYOND frustrated & upset with this company, it's customer service employees & mostly with "BEN" THE OWNER. I sent my first email regarding what steps I need to take in order to get my refund processed Christmas evening & every email I have received, the person on other end says "they don't typically offer refunds BUT due to my issue with the product being a gift from "SANTA", they would make an exception & generate a return label for me to send the products back & get a refund!!!!! I replied with "who said anything about "returning the products"!
Since then, all emails say the same thing & I'm BEYOND ANGRY that this new company is failing to hold up their part of the promise, made to all new customers, and is VERY CLEAR in the email that we all received about shipping delays.
I honestly can't believe they are ATTEMPTING to back out of the VERY DETAILED GUARANTEE, knowing that we all received the email from the founder/creator "BEN".
We didn't have to give this new company a chance to become successful, but we OBVIOUSLY TRUSTED THE GURANTEE TO US; we all took a big risk/chance and now they are saying & doing everything possible to get out of it.
After several emails back & forth, I did receive an email from a different person & again I was told that because of my particular situation, they would be willing to give me a 50% refund - so that both parties would be satisfied.
I have yet to reply to the last email with the 50% refund offer because I was hoping to do some research & find a phone number that I could call & try to discuss the matter with someone by phone.....that's how I found this site & read about you all being in same boat as I am.
I'm really not sure what the next step is for me to take but I'm curious if anyone has a phone number to contact someone at the actual office?
I'm completely floored right now
I'm completely floored right now. I jumped on TP this morning finally fed up with an 11 chain email back and forth with some CS agent named John at Loop Lasso who, at this point, I'm convinced is just an AI bot. He has repeated himself and their return policy multiple times. In email 10 he finally agreed to give me my refund and then on email 11, after I confirmed Ben's promise, he threw their return policy back in my face again. I also did not get my order by christmas after Ben's promise to give me a full refund. This company is a complete joke and I would never recommend it to anyone. Nor would I buy their products. They don't last long and definitely don't feel as solid as they were advertised. Of the 4 I purchased 1 broke on the 26th of December when we finally received them.
LoopLasso Issues String of Lies. Zero Integrity.
I ordered three units to serve as Christmas gifts for my grandchildren on Dec 2. Immediately, I received an email from Ben, the company Founder, thanking me for the order, stating that my order is reserved, that it will be shipped on Dec 17, and guaranteed to arrive by Dec 24, else my order is FREE. Ben sent me a second email on Dec 13 to assure me that everything is still on track for a Dec 24 delivery, repeating that if it doesn't, the order is FREE. Well, it arrived late afternoon on Dec 26. It's a terrible feeling when such dishonesty is done on purpose to lure people and to give them a false sense of confidence that expectations will be met. I did not have the gifts to hand out during holiday travels. Ever since, I've been trying to request that LoopLasso honor their promise of FREE cost, but they are providing a slew of fake excuses. These folks have no integrity nor honor with their business as they broke the written contract. I have reported the incident to my credit card company to withhold the charge and to arbitrate the scam deal. I suggest others do same.
Also, be advised that the toy can break very easily. When the string jams... which it will... it quickly gets "eaten up" by the moving wheel and stops working. Do not purchase this scam toy from a scam company. I told them I will issue poor reviews on social media, but they didn't care.
I am in the same boat as everyone else
I am in the same boat as everyone else. Product guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas ( order placed Dec 3rd). I contacted them a week before Christmas concerned about the product not arriving. They stated in an email that overnight shipping would happen. Item arrived after Christmas and now they will not honor their free if not received by Christmas promise. Item gets stuck all the time, is loud, and very cheaply made. I have reached out multiple times. They only state I can be on the list to get their updated product in February (I don’t want it). I want my free if not by Christmas, because I had to purchase additional gifts at the last minute due to those not arriving in time.
DO NOT order from Loop Lasso
I ordered on Dec 2 & received two emails on Dec 2 & Dec 13, pasted below, from the founder guaranteeing a refund if order doesn't arrive by Dec 24th. It arrived many days late on Jan 2, & now they won't honor their own promise & refund the order.

Hi ------,
I’m Ben, the founder of Loop Lasso. Today, I want to share some important updates about your order and our commitment to delivering your holiday joy on time.
First off, we're still on track for delivery by December 24th – that's a guarantee. If we don't meet this deadline, remember, your order is absolutely free.

Same as everyone else is saying
Same as everyone else is saying. I did receive my product, but I didn’t get it until a day or two after Christmas. I emailed them looking for my 100% guaranteed money back if not received by Christmas, but that didn’t happen. After back and forth several times via email, the best they could do was a 50% refund. I took what I could get because I was tired of dealing with them and would rather have some money back then none. They wouldn’t even let me return the product because it has been used. The strings don’t even last that long and it gets tangled up all the time. Nothing like it has been described! Stay clear! Crappy business! They definitely don’t stand behind what they say or their product!
Stuck in shipping and no help
Same story as the others. Item stuck in shipping for more than a month, and no help or refund from customer service. I ordered four!
Same story as everyone else
Same story as everyone else. Ordered several of these for Christmas gifts at the beginning of December with the promise that it would be delivered Before Christmas or be free. Also received an email from the owner 2 weeks before stating that again, they were guaranteed to arrive by Christmas or be free. They didn't arrive by Christmas. Didn't arrive by new year. I gave them the benefit of the doubt in honoring their promise, but Customer service is completely incompetent and doesn't address any subject of any correspondence offering new product or discounts only, and this is after at least a dozen emails. Looks like it's going to be a credit card dispute on this one, and I suggest everyone else who is in the same boat, take the same actions as they don't seem to be an honorable company.
Horrible company, bad customer service they make…
Horrible customer service they make guarantees they refuse to honor
They assured me if my order didn't arrive by Christmas it would be free. They guaranteed it... Well it arrived January and I've been back and forth like 6 emails and they refuse to honor the guarantee. They have asked me to either return the item for a refund or offered me a future product or a promo, even though I keep saying I just want that guarantee honored and am not interested in anything else.. the website shows great reviews but I couldn't find a way to leave a review on their website after purchase so who knows if those reviews are legit.. and honestly the product itself was overpriced and underwhelming too.
Lies and automated responses. No product or refund.
I ordered Weeks before Christmas and was guaranteed Christmas delivery. Today is 12/30 and the item still has not arrived and there has been no refund. There is no way to contact Loop Lasso other than through an email address. I've asked multiple times about the status of my order and my refund status. The only reply I get is an automated response that is cut an pasted into an email, never answering my questions on where my product is or the status of my refund.
Appears to be a big Scam and they do not stand by their promises.
DO NOT ORDER from this company
I won't tell you what to do but I will suggest that you DO NOT ORDER from this company. They promised delivery by Christmas or my order was free. It's 4 days past Christmas and they are coming up with excuses why I don't have it yet and NOT giving it to me free if I ever do get it. I said either it's free or I don't want it and they said they will send a shipping label to send it back and "make sure the package is still sealed and unopened". Like I'm the bad guy here??? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE to make a promise and not keep it.
Item got stuck at the shipping company…
I initially had shipping problems, and unhelpful customer service, but they did replace it in the end.
