CAUTION: Order from this company at your own risk.

I ordered two blazers from Loopsshop. I used their website size chart and ordered a size large and a size extra-large based on my body measurements. Blazers were delivered, tried on, both blazers way too small. Requested a refund and to this day, have never received a return shipping label from them as required by their return/refund policy. Bottom line, you can't get a refund if they won't send you a return label.

⚠️ WARNING: LOOPSSHOP Is a Deceptive Online Seller — Read Before Buying

Review:
I purchased three men’s suits from LOOPSSHOP (loopsshop.online) totaling $1,242.90, relying on their sizing tool and U.S. measurement options. What I received was completely different from what was advertised. Two suits arrived with no size labels at all, one suit had incorrect U.S. labelling, and none matched the sizing recommendations generated by their own system. The items were unwearable.

I contacted the company within 24 hours. LOOPSSHOP refused to provide a return label, repeatedly asked for photos of tags that did not exist, and even told me to cancel my Affirm dispute before they would consider sending replacements. Their website contains contradictory exchange policies (3 days vs. 7 days), misleading location information (claims Brazil shipping, lists a New Jersey address, but package shipped from Melrose Park, IL), and a WhatsApp number that never responds.

This company misrepresents its products, policies, and business location. I am now filing complaints with the Ohio Attorney General, the FTC, CFPB, IC3, USPS Mail Fraud division, and BBB. Consumers should avoid this website entirely. This experience appears to be part of a larger pattern of deceptive online retail behavior.

A Clear Pattern of Elder Financial Exploitation, Deceptive Practices, and Misuse of Affirm's Dispute Process
________________________________________
1. LOOPSSHOP is attempting to hide behind Affirm’s dispute outcome — but that does NOT erase their misconduct.

Your reply repeatedly leans on Affirm’s decision, as if it absolves you of responsibility.
It does not.
In fact, your reliance on Affirm to shield you reveals a highly concerning pattern:
• LOOPSSHOP ignored my father for WEEKS
• LOOPSSHOP refused to provide a return label
• LOOPSSHOP refused to exchange the items
• LOOPSSHOP demanded photos of tags that did not exist
• LOOPSSHOP told my elderly father to cancel the Affirm dispute before you would consider helping him
• LOOPSSHOP suddenly became responsive ONLY after I posted publicly and notified authorities
That is not customer service.
That is manipulation.
It appears LOOPSSHOP has discovered that hiding behind Affirm’s flawed dispute system allows them to avoid accountability — and profit from customers who receive the wrong items.
This raises serious concerns about systematic deceptive practices.

2. LOOPSSHOP’s treatment of an elderly customer raises concerns of elder financial exploitation.
My father is a senior. He acted in good faith:
• He used the merchant’s sizing tool
• He ordered the size recommended by your system
• He contacted LOOPSSHOP within 24 hours of receiving the wrong items
• He attempted for weeks to resolve the issue directly
LOOPSSHOP misled him, delayed him, confused him, and ultimately took his money without providing the correct product.
When a business:
• Ignores an elderly customer
• Refuses to honor documented policies
• Provides inconsistent instructions
• Sends mislabeled or unlabeled items
• Then hides behind a third-party payment platform
…it enters the territory of elder financial exploitation, which is taken extremely seriously by state and federal agencies.
Multiple agencies have advised us to pursue this matter formally.

3. LOOPSSHOP’s reply is filled with omissions, contradictions, and misdirection.
Your response skipped all the facts that matter:
✔ Two suits arrived with no size labels
This alone violates basic product standards.
✔ One suit had incorrect U.S. labeling
Yet did not match its own stated size.
✔ None of the suits matched the measurements recommended by your own sizing tool
The sizing tool is YOUR system — not the customer’s.
✔ None of the items matched U.S. or EU measurements
This shows a fulfillment failure, not a confusion issue.
✔ Your exchange policy is contradictory and unenforceable
3-day window in one section
7-day in another
But NO return label is ever provided.
✔ Your website claims free shipping in Brazil
But then lists a New Jersey warehouse
And ships from Illinois
These contradictions are not “logistics.”
They are misrepresentations.

4. LOOPSSHOP did NOT cooperate with the resolution process — you obstructed it.
LOOPSSHOP:
Ignored muliple emails
Failed to resond within 24 hours of the first complaint
Avoided providing a return label
Tried to delay long enough that the exchange window expired.
Told an elderly customer to cancel his dispute before helping
This is not "responsiveness," as you claim. It is a deliberate pattern of avoidance and obstruction.

We take all customer concerns seriously and would like to clarify several inaccurate and contradictory statements presented in this review.

Prior to the initiation of any payment dispute, our support team responded to the customer’s emails and attempted to assist within the timeframe established by our exchange policy. Communication was ongoing before the dispute was opened.

After the customer initiated a payment dispute through Affirm, we informed them that, in accordance with standard dispute procedures, we would be unable to process an exchange or return while an active dispute remained open. At that time, the customer was advised that the dispute would need to be withdrawn in order for us to proceed with a return and replacement process. No further response was received to complete that process.

The payment dispute associated with this order was later formally reviewed by Affirm’s dispute resolution team, an independent third-party financial institution. After evaluating the full order documentation, delivery confirmation, and supporting evidence submitted by both parties, a final determination was issued in the merchant’s favor and the case was officially closed.

Regarding our operations, LOOPSSHOP maintains fulfillment partnerships within the United States. Our primary warehouse is located in New Jersey, and we are able to provide documentation confirming our operational presence. Depending on inventory allocation and logistics routing, orders may ship from alternative U.S.-based partner facilities, including Illinois. This is a standard practice in modern distributed fulfillment networks and does not indicate any misrepresentation of our business location.

We categorically reject any suggestion of deceptive practices or misconduct. Our team remained responsive throughout the process and provided all requested documentation during the formal dispute review.

If any regulatory agency contacts us directly, we will cooperate fully and provide the complete fulfillment and order records.
