3 months to receive an object which has nothing to do with what is sold on their site, and what is not worth 10 % of the price ! A shame to swindle people like that !!!

Unfortunately the same thing happened to me also with the Amde Store Needle Felted Foxes.... 3 months to arrive and then received two cheaply made plastic foxes with fur glued on. I have opened a dispute with PayPal but having read some of the experiences of others now I am not convinced I will get my money back. It's awful that PayPal have refused some refunds when it is clearly deliberate deception.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Ordered raincoat 3 weeks ago. Got email the next day telling me it was being prepared for shipment. 3 days later it was picked up for shipment & ever since has been "in transit". By their listing I should have had it last week. Yesterday I checked and there was a "shipment delay" & "the problem was being fixed". This morning the tracking showed it being "picked up for shipment" today.

I tried their phone number and got a recording telling me they were busy & to chat or email. I tried to chat and got Facebook to which I do not belong. Which is when I realized this all a massive scam and got on Google reviews to confirm it.

I then sent an email asking them to cancel this order and refund my money. I informed them that I would contact my credit card carrier and put the item in dispute, which I have done. I have had no acknowledgement of the email.

For those of you who have been ripped off and paid by credit card, please call the customer service number on the back of your card and dispute the charges. Hopefully the banks will be able to help you recover your money.

UPDATE: PayPal have now actually refunded me. I would not drop my claim and even though they said their decision was final and could not be changed I went back at them with the photos showing what I received next to a screenshot of the website showing what I ordered and asked PayPal to confirm they agreed I had received what I ordered. My claim was always that it was ‘significantly not as described’ and this was clear to see from the photos and PayPal did then reverse their original decision and apologised and refunded me all of my money ($21.90).

I too ordered a needle felting wool fox and what I received is most definitely not that. It took ages to get to me and I got the excuse about a typhoon affecting the stock and so goods damaged and they were waiting for a new supply. When I did receive it, like many others the one I received has just nylon fur glued on and so is not made of 100% merino wool and so I tried to request a refund and to return the item back. They were not interested and so I raised a dispute with PayPal which has gone against me and PayPal have agreed with Amde Store that the item is as described. I feel this makes PayPal as untrustworthy as Amde Store and is encouraging scammers like this to continuing scamming people like us. It is clear to see from the images I sent PayPal that it was not made using the art of needle felting etc but PayPal disagree. Totally disgusted with both Amde Store and PayPal.

Amde needle felted fox...not needle felted....an abomination. Fur fabric glued to a plastic base...showed no resemblence to yhe actual needle felted fox in origimal advertisement. Trades description act should be applied to this...took months to arive and is absolutely awful. I have opened a dispute with paypal resolution centre to hopefully get my money back. Do not be fooled...do not buy from these fraudsters!!

"felted" foxes - are ugly chinese trash

I've "felted foxes" ordered that were supposed to arrive in 4 weeks, and 2.5 months later I received ..... something, and to say it is absolute disappointment - it is to say nothing.

They are not felted! they are ugly, badly made, awfully smelling cheap chinese stuff!

Ordered hand made, needle filted fox, really cute ones. After a long time- months (first with apologizes for a lost delivery due to bad weather and new production), then after a few complaints from me, I got 2 fake fur, bad quality, very cheap machine produced tiny little toy-foxes. I have complained again, some 2-3 times, and they tell me the hand made products can be slightly different...
I have sent photos of what I had ordered and what I've got, didn't help. Real humbug!!!

Everything everyone wrote is true. This "store" a sham. They don't tell you they are in China. Order place in mid-December took about a month to get and turns out it's nothing like the photo on their website. It's not even worth returning because the return address is in the UK - too expensive to ship back. I'm so sorry I didn't read these reviews before buying it.

SCAM
Ordered some holiday items on Oct 20, it's now 1/9 and no items. AMDE has sent some bs email to make excuses, and likely to try not to get chargebacks- but I'm fed up and going to dispute the charge now. Don't get suckered in just because they appear to have a polished website. They are not legitimate.

Please, please don't order anything from this store. The clothes I ordered are way too small and returning them is a nightmare. I gave up after sending all the proper order numbers and pictures and found it would cost me more to return them then I paid for them with no guarantee of a refund. I will just keep the clothes and find someone who can wear them. Have you ever heard of a 2x garment measuring only forty inches around? I agree with everything othersvhavecsaid.

I don't have to write a new review. I am copying and pasting the woman's review prior to mine because it's exact. I don't want to give this company even one star. The rain coat is going to goodwill.

If you have any other places to write bad reviews, please let me know. This company should not be in business.

Complete scam. Stole $145 US from me.
The products arrived after 6 weeks... They were the most awful, cheap, ill fitting things I've ever seen. I immediately packed it up and advised them I wanted to return them.. Huge run around with that. All these specific steps to return. And no where does it say they need a tracking number from the post office.
Unfortunately my husband sent it back regular mail...
After over a month, I contact them wanting to know where was my refund. They just kept asking me for the RMA number, and the tracking number. I gave them the RMA number, and they told me they would check on it once I gave them the tracking number from the post office.
Once I told them that I didn't have a tracking number, they then suddenly claimed they never recieved it. When I asked them several times to please check using their RMA number... They ignored me.
They kept dragging it on and on until I realized that I was about to run out of time to dispute the claim with my credit card company. Which I think was exactly the point.
Disputed it with my credit card company told them the whole story. Of course loosely thieves then dispute it back, and stated that because I didn't have a tracking number they couldn't verify that the order had been received.
Unfortunately I end up losing out on $145 us funds. If I had known they were going to pull that crap, I would have kept their useless items of 'clothing', cut them up and used then as rags to wash my car.... It's pretty much all they would have been good for anyways.

I ordered and paid dress from Loosely store 6months ago, still havent got my order.

The most horrible customer service and scam company ever. I ordered 11/13/2018. The item supposedly shipped from wherever on 11/23 involving a foreign transaction fee on my credit card which I surely had not approved of and it has been in transit ever since. I inquired on 12/3 abut my item as it still showed in transit and was told on 12/5 that "it should arrive in a couple of days" As of today 12/11 it still hasn't arrived. I tried calling the phone number on their website. See info below:

I disputed this transaction with my cc company and a claim is being opened against them.

I am so upset that I ordered 4 items from this “store” well in advance of Christmas. It has been 22 days and I have still not received a tracking number or any confirmation of shipping. I have made several requests, and I did receive one unprofessional reply to an email, which started “hello dear” and gave me no assurance that I would receive my items. I will attempt to cancel through pay pal. This is a terrible company.

Horrible experience, received my blanket which was so loose each link you could stick your hand through it. Waste of money , so sad I ordered this.😔

The store is not even worth a star.
I ordered a Rattan bag since August and I never got it they are liars and thieves,they keep saying the order is in transit but hello transit for 3 months.
They are crooks please do not order anything from them.

Bad order took over a month to arrive then it was so small it would fit a cat. Sent back via instructions no refund 2 months still waiting. Now they wont reply to my emails . Scam
