I wish i could give 0 stars

I wish i could give 0 stars. I ordered the Fallout Loot Crate in December 2021. After 8 months of e-mails telling me it was delayed, they finally cancelled my order and never refunded my money. Nearly 3 years on and information requests are ignored, refund requests are ignored and if you open a case on their automated server, they do nothing and simply close the case as 'solved'. Bunch of absolute crooks and thieves

Absolute SCAM

Absolute SCAM.
I signed up for a 3 month only subscription last year. Supposed one time payment.
Well, they have charged me TWICE more since then. I NEVER placed another order. It was supposed to be a one-time, three box order.
For my order last year, I did actually receive all the boxes, but months later, and absolutely not worth the horrendous price!!

Completely unacceptable shipping delays

Ordered 2 crates in July and it is now September and nothing yet. I checked their shipping page and saw that crates from March are just shipping out this month, the amount of time it takes for these crates to ship is completely unacceptable especially since it is advertised as a month to month crate, I wouldn't be this harsh if we were given the option to refund packages but according to their customer support the second their warehouse receives the orders there is nothing they can do, I'm surprised this company hasn't declared bankruptcy a second time

DO NOT TRUST LOOTCRATE

In January of 2021, I pre-ordered the Avatar: Last Airbender Water and Earth LootCrate. To this day, I have still to received them. I’ve emailed LootCrate several times, complained to them directly on their website, on Facebook, Twitter (at the time), and never got a single reply from them.

As of the 5th of September, 2024, I’ve yet to receive my refund, yet to receive any confirmation on what the hell happened to my order, and it left me feeling utterly betrayed and hopeless. They are crooks, plain and simple. I hope everyone involved with that company face consequences for their blatant corrupt business practices.

SCAM COMPANY.

I ordered the Junji Ito crate when it was first announced in 2021. Waited for an update...and around the time it was supposed to be delivered it got delayed for months. For over a year I kept emailing about it but just kept on receiving automated responses about the delays with shipping.

Another month or so passed over the new expectant delivery date again. I checked my order and it was cancelled. No heads up about the cancellation, just silently cancelled. I emailed muliple times about a refund and never ended up getting one. This was a year or so ago and I still boycott this company whenever it comes up as a suggestion.

Unless you want to be scammed, avoid this company. They are absolute thieves.

There’s better options out there. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

I placed an order in April and just received it in June after emailing the company. I waited two months for the must garbage items for the price. I received 3 times where my crates before had more than that. I got a beach towel, a keychain bottle opener, a mesh cheap bag, and 3 decorative post cards. I don’t know what happened here because the last two orders back in 2021 were amazing. Don’t waste your money on this trash. It’s really not worth it.

Con Artists, Avoid Them

Once upon a time this company kept to their subscription details, every other month i would receive a new create and they were well worth it but after subscribing into a second years
I’ve been waiting over 12 months and still haven’t received half my order yet.
They refuse to issue even a partial refund
in my honest opinion avoid them, they’re con artists out to take your money and give you nothing in return.

I was dubious about ordering due to…

I was dubious about ordering due to previous bad reviews but decided to risk it and am so glad I did!

There were delays, it took a while to come but it’s so worth it.

I received a Nuka World picnic blanket with a Nuka World Map design which is incredible. I also received a bottle and cappy pin badge, a cram tin and emergency drinking water bottle. I’m delighted with all of it, so unique!!

I think a comeback is going to happen for this company - if you can get ahead with the orders and stop the delays, I think you’ll have a good audience again.

Thank you for a brilliant experience and I intend to order in the future!!

Used to subscribe back when it first…

Used to subscribe back when it first started. Was amazing, cool black box, jammed full of good loot.

I resubbed in feb, dear me. Got my "crate" yesterday which was a tiny package, with 3 terrible items. for £44 (with shipping)
I have literally put them on the bin. I have one more "crate" due, cant wait....
Dont know whats gone wrong, but i would most certainly save yourself some money and avoid.

they sent whatever they want

ordered the loot crate, got what looked to be fright crate (after 2-3 months of waiting). contacted the service, they wrote me back after a couple of days (after reading the reviews here i feel lucky) just to tell me that i bought a general crate that can have anything, so this time they chose to send stuff from the fright crate for some reason and they think it's ok to get something you didn't pay for. luckly i tried just one crate so that's only 60$ down the drain..

Just dont risk it

So i took a risk and ended up buying a fallout crate being a huge fallout nerd i could not resist, they took the money there and then yet over a month later the order still said unfulfilled and with no customer service response i just got the money back from the bank, i dont know what this company is playing at but avoid

Ordered Gaming Crate - Cancelled with No Refund

Ordered a Gaming Crate in the middle of lock down (with the delays being advertised). 6 Months later, still no crate then I received an email to say the order had been cancelled. No refund, no responses to support tickets no matter how many times followed up.

Avoid this scam of a company (since it's ownership change during covid)

Ordered fear crate, received sh@t crate !

Ordered fear crate in September to give plenty of time to arrive for Christmas. After 2 different support emails which essentially provided just stock answers as if they had not read my concerns at all I finally received the item on December 30th. Given that with shipping this item cost just under £60 the contents were truly terrible. A t-shirt of such poor quality it looms like it was made by a child, 2 badges and a cheap looking Dracula figure that would not be out of place in a happy meal.
The entire box was secured with one small piece of sellotape which had clearly been opened and closed so the box may have originally contained more items.
Just the worst experience and I cannot express enough how many people I have told to stay away from this complete rip off.

They cancelled my order with no refund

I ordered two Junji Ito crates back in August and December of 2021 on a subscription. Neither of these crates were received. By June 2022, the company cancelled my crates on thier end and did not notify me of this. I have submitted countless tickets for my two ordered to receive no replies. No refund of my £80 has been sent, nor have thr crates.

This website has provided crates in the past however is mismanaged and untrustworthy.

Very disappointed.

Very disappointed.. I'm from the UK and waited many months for my Fallout Crate to arrive and it wasn't worth the wait.

Only received four items, not worth the price at all and this is coming from a die hard fallout fan who has a large collection and was looking for unique finds.

Words cannot describe how disappointed I am!!

If your thinking of getting a Fallout Loot Crate.... DON'T!!!

Kinda Hopeful I would get my Items but after reading all the Comments on here I can Now see why it deserves a 1 Star or less review I have waited weeks for my order for the MARCH Anime crate and its now may with no update of shipping contacted support with little to no luck kinda sad as I thought it would be legit after seeeing it in a Youtubers video.
