Thieves

Very fast to take the money out your account but they're not gonna send you anything. I've been waiting 6 months with nothing to show for it, asking for a refund has got me nowhere. Do not trust!

Terrible

Terrible! I ordered my elder scrolls crate on the 11th of October, an then was told I’d receive it late November. Then every single month they pushed it back, to late December, early January, early February, late February and it is the last day of February and I’ve still not received the crate I spent nearly £50 on, it’s honestly ridiculous. They also charged me for a second crate in January, despite not even sending the first one! Why would I want to be subscribed to a crate if I never receive them in the first place. So upset.

Don't bother ordering.

This company is borderline a scam by this point. I ordered the Junji Ito crate series back in June 2021, was told each month that the shipping date for the first crate was pushed back another month. It's now February 2022 and I was told the FIRST crate in the series I ordered (which was meant to come in October) is now scheduled for "early February" (it's now the 23rd...). I have been charged for 2 more crates in the past few months, meaning I've paid over £100 and I've got nothing to show for it! Unless you fancy waiting months on end for crates and being charged when you haven't even received the first crate in a series, I wouldn't bother ordering. They claim their production has been pushed back because of Covid-19 however a delay this long while still advertising and bringing out new boxes is just ridiculous. Concentrate on shipping delayed boxes first!

My experience…

I finally received my Fallout crate in February from July 2021, they included old stock from December 2020... They IGNORED emails, REMOVED Instagram comments and when I got PayPal involved for 2 refunds, they couldn’t even be bothered to reply to them either!! They claim crates have a “$65” value but included a document in my box showing each item to be worth around $2.87, totalling at nearly $20 worth of items in my box. Total scam of a company, if you bought via PayPal, GET THEM INVOLVED! You have 180 days of buyers protection, I sadly missed out on a refund from July’s crate but received my other two claims. The crates are no longer worth it, just get a refund, you’re really not missing out, they’re cheaply made and charge you double for them.

Very poor service

Very poor service. Ordered a crate for a January birthday as they clearly advertised all crates bought in December would be posted at the end of the month. I didn't see the crate in time for the birthday mid January. At the end of Jan I was told it would be posted mid Feb. Mid Feb I was told it would be posted some time in March. This was for an order I paid for at the beginning of December the previous year. They are selling things they don't have and hoping they can get hold of them before they post them. Complete rip off. Save your money. Save your time. Save your stress. Don't buy from Lootcrate.

Appalling service. Do not fall for this scam

Wish I had read reviews before purchasing. Ordered a three month subscription in August. I have received one box which arrived three months late. They then informed me that due to a website update my renewal date had been brought forward and I was going to be charged for another subscription when they have not yet fulfilled the first order. Customer service was very unhelpful and stated that one box would ship in January and the other mid-February. Neither box has shipped and I have since been informed that the shipping date for the latter has been postponed once again. I understand that there are shipping delays however the boxes have not been shipped and I was provided no explanation for the delays. This service is absolutely appalling especially considering the cost. Don't be fooled by the celebrity endorsements and ads.

Not worth the hassle

My first two boxes arrived a little late but understandable because of the pandemic. The next box has still not shipped from august and I have waited till the end of January early February as they have told me but I’m now outside of the protection window for my payment and they won’t give me a refund but are still advertising new boxes stay away

Honestly the worst service I’ve had…

Honestly the worst service I’ve had from any company ever, I’ve been waiting since October last year (it’s now February) for a hello kitty loot crate that was supposed to have arrived months ago, they do not respond to emails or give updates DO NOT order from this company, completely ridiculous, I just want my money back at this point

I have been waiting for my berserk loot…

I have been waiting for my berserk loot fury crate for months on end while others gotten it back in November.
With only email responses of "thank you for your patients"

While they still are selling other lootcrates instead of focusing on the old ones that are having "Shipping issues"
This company has been a huge disappointment and I wont be ordering from them again at this point. If they had run out of the supply they should refund everyone back with an apology.

Business Malpractice

Use this company at your peril. The irony is I did quite like the content of the loot boxes I have received. However its their business malpractice I take issue with.

I recently bought a one month only Harry potter subscription for my girlfriend. First off they messed up and sent her a horror box which wasn't to her liking.

But more important than was they kept billing me after subscription had ended. They actually extended it until April 2022 without my knowledge which would have cost me £160 if I wasn't vigilant.

They just ignore your emails and have no direct helpline. The only way I could resolve the issue is through my bank to put a blockbon future transactions.

Its sad because I probably would have registered for another subscription in the future and they would have made more profit off of me if they behaved like a legitimate business. But I will not be using these scam merchants again.

Save your money

Terrible, money is taken but the product is never received. It's February and I am still waiting on a crate from October last year. Customer service will blame all of it on the current climate. Save your money.

Terrible customer experience with Loot Crate

Here's a recent example of the "customer experience" with Loot Crate, word for word from their own department:

"Thank you for contacting us! Due to recent events, import and transit times of products have been globally affected. And a result, our shipping times have changed. Your December Loot Wear is now scheduled to ship out in February. (In reference to ticket 3453152)"

So if your crates are months late, don't fret! That's just to be expected with this joke of a company.

Charged three times with no box

are looking nted about how bad this service had become...d my order for the first box and decided to start with the second one. I got charged for this in November. In early December I emailed asking about my crate, which still had not been sent. They told me it would be sent soon. I emailed in early January asking about my crate. They told me it would be sent soon. Got an email in January saying it was due in December. I have now been charged for the next crate. Looking into my order it stated that i had been charged for 3 boxes, none of which i had actually recieved with no update, tracking or customer service to speak of. This is a service I used to use but the quality if the items lowered over time. I took a chance as the limited edition crate was something I was interested in but I am disappointed about how bad this service had become. Save some cash and don't bother with it.

This company is a huge scam

This company is a huge scam. If you don’t believe me, check out all their social media and online reviews. It’s sad because they once were amazing, but now they have not filled 90 percent of orders from months to years. It’s one thing to have shipping delays due to COVID or what not, but they continue to advertise “NEW” Boxes when previous boxes have not shipped in months. Additionally they have been advertising loot vault. This is a part of the company where you can pick items from previous boxes and create your own box. This is another complete rip off, how can you advertise items for a “pick your own crate” when you haven’t sent those items out in the first place? They literally don’t have the products on hand that they are selling. They have not had any physical products for months going on years for 90 percent of their customers. I fell victim to their BS and I am currently fighting for my money back. If you did not already know, they have filed bankruptcy. Do yourself a favor and go on their social media and other online sources and just read the pages of poor reviews and people getting scammed before you decide to give this company a dime. If you already gave them money then start fighting for it back now. Cancel any subscription you have with them, because you won’t get it and please help to take this fraud company down and file a report with the federal trade commission

This company used to be atleast decent

This company used to be atleast decent. I would get my crates on time or no more than a few weeks late. This last year though has sucked. I am waiting on 4 bi-monthly boxes (september, November, and 2 January boxes). I have never had these issues before. They say it’s due to port delays. I understand there have been port delays and everyone has had some issues with products but 6 months of no box is just ridiculous. They have gone downhill and it’s showing bad. I’m not ordering anymore boxes from them I’ll find another crate that does Harry Potter and go with them. Don’t order from loot crate unless you want a super late box or no box at all.

2 months. Paid and no product

Purchased a loot crate early/mid November....it is now January the 16th and it still has not been dispatched
What is the actual effin point?
People pay money, you take the money, you post what has been purchased.

Not you take the money, you keep the money, you don't ship for 2 months
2 months! You're not wish.
Sort it out

Was going to purchase an entire year's subscription but there's no way I'm giving this company more of my money.

After waiting 2 months THE only thing they offer is to scrap the delivery and give a refund

Can't you just do you job and ship it?

I'd understand if it stated "Shipping will take 2 months" but it didn't. I'd understand if money was taken after being dispatched but it wasn't...you've taken £40 from me and not sent anything.

You're quite a s*** company and your customer service needs more options OR you need to just tell your customers that you blatantly don't know how to handle shipping so it's going to take a long amount of time.

I do not recommend and I will not return.

ordered the tmnt box 1 back in february…

ordered the tmnt box 1 back in february of 2021.
the were suppose to be send out in oktober.
i never recieved it and after countless times contacting their customer service i finally had a manager told me they oversold their stock and that no replacement was possible, i ended up getting my money back. were 11 months ahead since ordering though so to end up with nothing in hand is a bitter dissapointment. a company that oversells their stock is quite amaturistic imo

Shambles

Like many on here I wouldn't give any stars. Purchased a 4 crate subscription on day 1 of release in March 2021, to be shipped in September. Still waiting. All I get is sorry there's been a delay. When I asked for a refund they stopped responding. I am now seeking legal action against this abysmal company. Don't get conned save your money its not worth the stress.
