i got scammed

i got scammed, waited for 3 hours and no response. the seller has a bot in the reply section to automatically view the message. Do NOT buy from here

GoldMarket Is a Scammer

I bought a account from "GoldMarket" and this guy had the audacity to label the account as "Instant Delivery" mhm sure...
So when I bought it this was what my "Instant delivery" was:
Email: I'm going to deliver it in a few hours
Password: You will receive it in the chat
Email Password: You need to scroll down to see the chat
Instructions :
Thank you for the order and your patience 💛
So yeah, it's been over a week, no response, I didn't even get an account, sheesh what a site. RIP to my $50

No refund - Unresponsive support - Misleading sellers

Horrible, I bought an account for 50 usd from a seller called goldmarket and the login credentials didn’t work. Then I opened a "dispute",but both the seller and the support responded hours later and provided no assistance.I requested a refund at least five times, and support never answered those refund requests. The only response I received was that they had “told the seller to respond”. The seller a few days later sent a different account and said “this is yours” even though I clearly stated I did not want it. That account was filled with bunch of trash skins, unwanted items and was nowhere near what I paid for (I would not pay 20usd to that). After that, the seller stopped responding entirely. Support also stopped replying to my messages.
For a platform that claims to offer buyer protection, the lack of accountability is shocking. There is no real dispute resolution, no refund system, and no protection against sellers.
The website is unprofessional. Some sections are incomplete or missing information, and in multiple categories, most listings are posted by the same few accounts. It is likely that many of the positive reviews are written by fake accounts to keep ratings high. I am ashamed of myself that I even believed this at first. Probably most of the reviews here are their accounts to keep their score high. This was a complete waste of money and time. There is nothing professional or trustworthy about this platform.
Do not use this website. Do not trust the sellers. You will not get a refund if something goes wrong.

Still takes days for them to respond
And the funny part is now they are asking me to delete my review on Trustpilot for refund.
How pathetic
