Great designs and prints, don;t get me wrong - but they're business side....

Latest headline offer £11 for UK subs - great, then there it is in small typeface just as you're about to pay and focusing on which method :: + Applicable taxes depending on your country

So not £11, £13.20 - honestly guys you got me years ago for the models, but your marketing and businss side leaves a bad taste.

Got double charged. One of the charges is still pending and the other charge got refunded. It took forever for support to respond and when they finally did they were dismissive and slow to reply. They refused to cancel the pending charge so I have to wait until it expires until I can use the money again

Absolutely horrible third-party payment processor, horribly slow website, overpriced models, after trying to cancel this horribly overpriced subscription for 5 months, i finally tricked the chat assistant for HotMart(Their scam payment processor) to cancel my subscriptions.

My assumption is the company tries to make it as hard as possible to cancel your subscription, so they hope you'll give up and give them your $28 a month.

Absolutely outstanding models, anyone having trouble printing them may need to calibrate their printers a little differently to usual. I've had no problems since doing so. 2 years in, I just made a mistake by resubscribing after thinking I couldn't afford it anymore and ended up getting charged for the same month twice (purely my own mistake). The customer service were amazing and sorted out a refund quickly and reinstated my subscription length so that I still received the maximum amount of the reward coins.
I'll continue to use these in my games if they stay this high quality.

I love the detail in the prints, but I have a really bad problem at the moment where I have bought the subscription and it’s been almost 3 days now and I still haven’t got it and it’s my first time buying one and I don’t know what’s wrong with it

No deal for the Australian region. Can't buy individual models. Won't let you join Facebook community. Waste of time.

Complete waist of time and money. Customer service is useless and stoped responding. Their prints don't work and they don't care. Don't get scammed by them like I did. I'll be contacting the BBB about them

They purposely make it incredibly difficult to cancel your subscription.

Purchased from a campaign and have had spam with no unsubscribe options either in email or on their site.
Cannot recommend purchasing anything from this company.

Update that despite logging a support ticket to remove me from mailing lists, they have started again

Good quality models and files are good, but charging $15 a month is a little steep.
Not to mention if you want any of the previous bundles they're $30 EACH! Their ad makes out like you can access all 2000 files for $15 so it's a bit ot a mis selling. I wish they'd make the previous bundles like $5 or free considering we're paying already!

My only complaint is that they may put out too many high quality prints each month. I can't keep up! But this typically proves a positive since I now have over 300 STLs to look back at whenever planning a campaign or episode.

The prints are very high quality, modeled with the typically available commercial printer in mind. I print at the smaller, 32mm scale and have had shockingly good success rates with their supported models when compared to anything else I've found. The loots are varied and the always contain 3-5 "Heroes", 8+ "Enemies", and almost always a special/unique structure or prop.

I've seen complaints before that they take away your loots (what they call STL bundles) when you unsubscribe. This is a misunderstanding, and the truth reveals what I believe to be some exceptional ethics from the team. Your monthly payments are processed at the same day each month (same as your first subscription), but you gain access to that month's loot as soon as it drops. You only have it taken away if you cancel your subscription and didn't actually pay for it, which I think is fair.

All in all, a great company with a great product. Highly recommend.

Overall the files were of good quality, well supported and they delivered consistently on a monthly basis. Last couple months were very pedestrian and not very innovative. Everything that they were producing were simply duplicates of similar models I had from other creators or that are available for free. A person only needs so many goblins. That is taste and every client can make their own decision about the value of the models.
However, I was very surprised that when I went to cancel that I had to dig up the email from the terms and conditions. No mention how to cancel on the FAQ and no option to cancel from profile options. Given that it's a very slick and sophisticated website seems intentional made difficult.

Loot Studios were more than professional and went above and beyond what they were supposed to. I would 1000% use Loot Studios for ALL of my future graphic updates and designs.

Okay, so for anyone else out there wondering what the deal is given the lack of info - well, I signed up so you can now know.
1) The models look to be very detailed and are of a more realistic than many of the Patreon alternatives and are intelligently supported at both 32 and 75mm scales
2) The community if a private facebook page - someone is also making modules based on the releases - not sure if official or simply supporting
3) The portal is very good with four (at the time of writing) good quality 1080p painting tutorials - with more general on tip on their YouTube channel

Loot Studios provided quality work in a timely manner that exceeded every expectation, giving updates on how the work was going without prompt and delivering the work in the same fashion. They go above and beyond to make you feel like your opinions and styles are included in the work that is done! I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for amazing quality in graphic design to use Loot Studios.

Loot studios was an absolute dream to work with! They are my first large commission project and honestly it could not have gone better! they were super understanding and gave me options for my logo (which we decided on first so then the rest of the scenes and banners chosen would feel very connected). Super patient and i loved having the voice calls to really help describe things and talk them out, especially since trying to describe what you are looking for in words can sometimes be difficult. 10/10 would (and have) recommended them to all my streamer friends!

Phenomenal!! Loot Studios is not only a great company with very talented designers, but they’re also innovators in the industry with their approach to the customer experience. I’ve worked with a couple freelance designers in the past and it always feels stiff and they always make you feel like you’re somehow an inconvenience, but not with Loot! I felt like I could throw any kind of idea out there and they would actually try to make it happen! If you want to get exactly what you want, use Loot, and skip the other guys who’ll limit what you can get.
