I usually do not give bad reviews unless it really goes nowhere.
I purchased scar tape an tried it a few times. I didn't like how stiff tape is on the skin. In one month suddenly I got another delivery. I contacted support and I was told that i subscribed to the monthly delivery which wasnt a case. Its not a first time im buying online and im very careful not to subscribe unless I try the product and happy with it.
i contacted support, explained myself and asked to cancel subscription. After a few emails i got a message that subscription is canceled.
Then I asked how can I return a product (a surprize delivery) which I didn't order and i didn't even opened a package,
It is now 2 weeks of emails, and in reply to each my request to assist with the return im getting same answer starting with "we age going to offer you 20% off if you keep a product". i do not have a time for this game. All that Im asking to help me to return a product that I never ordered and I never used.
Bad customer support? Probably. But it looks like that company ding everything to avoid returns which is a horrible marketing.

Arrived as expected and once I’d got my balance it is easy to use. Only had it a few days but can really feel it across my abdomen and waist when using it. Also found the arm exercises easy to complete but can feel the tension in the upper arm.

Arrived with free gifts as promised and didn’t take too long. Too early to say how well it works but here’s hoping

Took a long time to arrive as coming from China. I am managing to do the twists but what I find is even better it is helping the top of my arms. I can feel all the muscles pulling. It is too soon to say if I have lost weight but i will stick at it

Too early to tell if 10minutes really makes a difference and believe this would be down to another number of factors for each individual. However I am enjoying using it so far, it definitely twists!

Great product, fun and easy to use

They were very good ,honoured their discount after sending for another. Good product definitely helped keep me fit.

The delivery was a bit longer than expected, but i have received the product we will see if it works.

Cheap chinese plastic. The worst investment in years.

This skirt and top is well worth the money great quality and loks classy and expensive would definitely recommend this x

It is expensive product for a piece of plastic and it takes a while to arrive, I’m not sure if it works I’ve already started to use it so will see if it helps me loose weight.

Loving the product so far!! I can easily do 10-15 mins and it’s so much fun. For a busy Mum with a toddler, it is really hard to take time out to do some exercise and this is helping me and it’s nice a quiet so It doesn’t wake my little one from his nap!

Ordered waist Sculptor and changed my mind so emailed immediately to cancel and not dispatch.. three times I emailed and was ignored. Parcel received today and emailed again, forwarded previous email chain. Just read that customer bears cost of return.. what a waste of time. I doubt very much customer service will respond to return request as they haven't bothered previously ... ffs!!!

So happy I got this, it's sooo good and really will help me exercise! Wonderful!

I love this product!! It's so fun when I'm watching TV or listening to upbeat music. If it's uncomfortable wear shoes!! Don't just jump on in stocking feet like I do lol. I felt it working my stomach day 1. I have so much fun with it that it doesn't feel like exercise. Highly recommend 10/10

I didn't get tracking number & also the ebook that was supposed to come with the package. Also the customer service number when I googled it was a completely different company! I was wanting to talk a person for customer service not always by email :-(
