Ordered a variety of clothes
Ordered a shirt, an undershirt, some underwear, and a pair of sweatpants. I'm impressed by all of it! However, I'm most impressed by their clever method of designing 1-size-fits-all sweatpants. I ordered the "M/L", as this is a European company and I am from the US (I'm usually a S/M in the US, but that's not the case overseas). The pants could have accommodated a person with 6" more leg comfortably, but the way that the cuffs hug my ankles allows me to wear them anytime, anywhere without worry of tripping over the excess cloth.
No color bleed, excellent washing instructions (remember that these are wool products), no strange smell, no odor (even after working out). Extremely comfortable. And if you wash them per their instructions, they'll last pretty much forever.

Sock is a bit big, but fine
I bought 2 t-shirts and 2 types of socks.
The t-shirts were all OK, but the smallest sized women sock is a bit large for me, altough I have standard 38 size feet.
The shipping was surprisingly quick.
I definetely want more of the t-shirts and a wool dress too.
The quality of the products are amazing, just as I expected.

The service and products are fantastic
The products are fantastic. I have tried several merino wool shirts, and like most of them, but Loow is currently the most comfortable and best fit as well me.
For Boxer briefs both the cut and feel and price are the best of any I have found.

LOOW sweatpants
Ordering, shipping and all else was perfect. The reason I'm not giving 5* is that the wool is not as soft as I expected. I've had other merino wool clothing and it can be softer. I would still recommend the clothing from loow as it's nice.

It is correct that our products are not as soft as other merino wool products.
We do not chemically soften our fabrics as much as other brands do, because we like the firmness and felling of a more compact merino wool, we also believe it improves the durability.

Not impressed
Not impressed, wore out the socks in less that 2 months. Bought 3 pairs all the same normal wear and washed as recommended.
Emailed the company with photos no response after a week. I expected better

Terrible company. Sizing is way off. Returns are not easy. Would not do business again.
Edit 12/31 Company reached out to trustpilot to attempt to get this review removed. Very sketchy. I had to provide them my personal information in order to keep this review up.

1) You should be aware that our clothes are EU-sizing, meaning that eg. a Large is 1-2 sizes smaller compare to US sizing. Measurements for our clothes are available at www.loow.com/size, you can compare these to your own clothes. We are always ready to guide you with finding the right size for you, just let us know if you need help.
2) We offer free returns worldwide (value around 40$).
You will meet requirements for the shipment you are returning. There are EU/US regulations for customs declaration of the goods, they are the same for alle shipments going from the US to EU. During the return process we provide you with all the documents, a guide and all the information you need to complete the return.
As mentioned, if you have any issues or questions regarding shipping or sizing, just ask :)

Highly misleading color description and photos
Quality of shirts is very high. Coloration is seriously misleading on the website. It says comparable to a white t-shirt, but it’s not even close. I’d say sweat-stained, auto mechanic’s never-washed undershirt would be a more comparable coloration. No customer reviews on the website, which should have tipped me off. If the quality of the shirt wasn’t so good, I would definitely write this company off for good because I feel pretty exploited as a consumer.
