Terrible! My package arrived damaged and with missing articles. I tried to ask for a refund and nothing!

Speedy delivery & really helpful when I had questions regarding what hair to purchase. Hair is very good quality too! Will deffo only be purchasing braiding hair from lope locks going forward. I have received so many compliments

Impeccable customer service, thought my package had been lost because there were issues with the Royal Mail tracking so my parcel had been handed off to my neighbour. When I reached out to them, they were immediately on it trying to ensure I got my package even though the information I had received showed they’d handed the package to Royal Mail so it was obviously not an issue on their end. The colour of the extensions were much brighter and vibrant than I had expected. 10/10 across the board.

A lovely company and great hair extensions, the colors are unique.. I Would have given this a 5 star but the extension was tooooo slippery but I will use it again maybe it’s the way i braided the hair.. in all, great service 🥰

(This review is 1 year late at the time of writing , I am booking my second appointment ) I had an amazing experience getting my hair done with the pink room studios in December last year. I chose to get mini Spanish curls 22 inches and they’re were gorgeoussssss! Got so many compliments on my hair.

I also brought the hair from lope lock which I will be buying again as I love the quality!

Delivery didn’t take too long. The hair is amazing. I purchased the Spanish curl braiding hair and I am in love. It’s so silky and doesn’t matte together. Curls are super defined even after cutting. Thank you also for the complimentary goodie bag. So sweet and thoughtful with some great things inside. Will definitely be purchasing with LopeLocks again. Thank youuuu xxxxx

I love the hair quality. I had the braids in for nearly two months and the braid quality still looked nice. The colour choices a great too and the colours look beautiful. I bought three different colours.

One of the best businesses I have ordered from, firstly the shipping is very fast - the range of colours on the website is amazing! Also thank you so much for my little Christmas box, it contained fluffy socks, hair band, silk hair band, bow hair clip, chocolates and candy cane😍 - so so kind and caring to do. First time i ordered i got a complimentary comb!! Consistent business, so lovely 10/10!!!! x
