My fat bike was stolen and I got in contact with Loqater, they walked me through the process of filing a report with them and the police online, less than 24 hours later they had found it, contacted the police and they had it in a station for me to pick up.
The police were useless and gave my bike to some random person that ended up taking it over 50 kilometres away (it was previously in the same city I'm in)
Loqater was again the only help I got, they were very professional but I was still validated in how stupid the police is, I must've spoke to a minimum of 7 employees (one of them was on holiday and still replied) in my many attempts to retrieve the bike, from the police (it took over a month, loqater originally found it within less than 24 hours)

I had my fatbike stolen and these lads were incredibly helpful. They told me what they needed to know about the bike itself and after 3 days (Literally over a weekend) after it got stolen, they found it. Polite, quick and reliable. Definitely recommend their services.
I had a great experience with Loquater – Dennis and Stenly were incredibly helpful and professional. They truly went above and beyond to assist me, and thanks to them, my bike was recovered both times it was stolen. That alone speaks volumes about the effectiveness of their service.
One small downside is that the detective in charge of recovering the bike is not dispatched on the same day, even if you report the theft promptly. Still, the fact remains: my bike was found twice!
It's worth noting that Loquater's nighttime service is handled by a different company, which unfortunately isn’t as reliable. Loquater’s own team definitely stands out in terms of quality and dedication.
The GPS installation, however, is managed by a third-party company called La Souris, and I have to say I was very disappointed with them. The tracker was mounted in a very careless way – honestly, I could’ve done a much better job myself, saving money and ensuring it was hidden better. Luckily, the thieves were as careless as La Souris, or the result might have been different.
Despite the issues with the GPS installer, I still highly recommend Loquater. Their support, and especially the work of Dennis and Stenly, makes them absolutely worth it!
Our Urban Arrow was stolen in Amsterdam. I worked with Loqater and the Politizie to recover it. I was told I was sent a new device, and I traveled to the pickup spot, Le Souris, three times, and each time, it was disorganized, and nobody had any idea what I was talking about. It was a complete waste of time and tainted what could be a good product. I ended up going to another place to buy a new one out of pocket, signing up for a new subscription, and having to call Loqater support to cancel my old account.
Good product, but local partners are a mess.

Horrible products and support!
1) no response from support when I realized that I have no more access to allsetra app by using my Loqater credentials! Furthermore, I didn’t even have access to the Loqater portal with my credentials, and the support totally ignored the emails asking for help! In emails I also mentioned that if not fixed I want cancel the service
2) quality of service is horrible, my scooter still appears to be on a pin on the map, where it has been a month ago! It has extremely bad accuracy!
3) when time came to pay the yearly subscription fee, I responded I want to cancel and also asked for clarification for the low quality and if if it can be fixed etc, they responded ok the subscription will be cancelled. No response for the technical part which means they are familiar with this part! Few days after the cancellation was confirmed from their side, I received notification from the bank that the Loqater invoice was actually debited! So obviously not canceled as they said, stay away from this company!

My almost brand new fatbike has been stolen on Wednesday and I got it back from Police Station today.

Fatbike reported stolen in Amsterdam and called in at 17:15. Got confirmation that bike has been recovered and can be picked up from police station at 10:39 the following morning. Got the bike back in less than 24h.
Process required minimal effort from me (some information, police report etc).
