They may tempt you but a low price but…
They may tempt you but a low price but be warned. I ordered two identical tyres and they sent me two different tyres, it took over a week and daily emails until they accepted it was there mistake and then another two weeks to get a resolution. They needed customs forms printing and receipt printing and other documents but I don’t have a printer and they had to be printed. It was the worst support I have ever received and I will never use them again. If they had sent the correct tyres all would of been good BUT if you have an issue be prepared to give up a whole load of your time and stress

Since we ship worldwide we have different versions of our website, however our location is the same.
UK is not part of the EU anymore and therefore for goods imported from abroad custom charges apply.

Unfortunately we cannot make an estimate of the amount that will be collected, since these fees are charged by the customs. It is not possible to provide a different quote for Custom Duties asked for, these must be entirely covered and paid for by the customer.
However we inform the client in the cart that there are additional charges to be paid at the time of delivery, and a pop up window with information regarding custom fees is shown before proceeding to checkout. The message states: "The prices shown include UK VAT. The shipment is sent from the EU and, in accordance with UK rules after Brexit, VAT will be collected at checkout only for orders under 135 GBP (total value of products, excluding shipping and other costs). Orders over 135 GBP may be subject to customs control at your destination with VAT and possible handling charges."

I have a faulty Shimano pedal, which is defect within the warranty period. I try to find the return policy but no chance you can find the “request return” button or contact with the customer service

Fulcrum HG 11 Hub 17mm axle
Ordered part, per description hub was compatible. In fact it was incompatible. Sent photos of fit, sent photos of emails from Fulcrum that stated incompatible. All Lordgun would say is part is compatible… despite photos and email from Fulcrum. Also would not change website description so you’re warned. Not all Fulcrum 17mm axles use same hub.
UPDATE - note logic of reply ignores issue as described - freehub is stated compatible with numerous 17mm axles/hubs, it was incompatible with 17mm Wind 55 - so if other customers bought for different 17mm hubs then could be compatible and no basis to complain. Email from Fulcrum shared with LG explained compatibility and identified specific (different) hub compatible with 17mm Wind axle but was willfully ignored.
Return was past 30 days, took some time to figure out (and if was as described not a product that would have issues).

We also would like to point out that the same freehub has been purchased by numerous customers and we never received complaints about it.
Since you purchased the product from us last year, unfortunately it is not possible to return it. Returns of orders are accepted within 30 days from the date of receipt of the parcel. After this timeframe, we cannot accept a product back to our premises.

Ordered a £400 dropper post in April
Ordered a £400 dropper post in April. It was the wrong size. I contacted Lordgun who advised to return the dropper seat for a refund.
I was advised to put the cost of the item at £20 to avoid import costs. Thought this was a bit strange but did as they directed me to do.
The postage was £35. The post office queried why would want to pay £35 to return a £20 part but I advised it was a specialist part.
Apparently the package is held up at Italian customs.
Lordgun advise they have not had any communication from them. I spoke to the Royal Mail who directed me to Parcelforce which directed me to what I assume is Italian customs.
No response.
Customer service not very helpful or polite.
I also got hit up with the £85 import costs from UPS upon delivery. Whilst it is stated in small bird seed it’s far too easy to miss. Feels like I’ve been misguided and looking at the reviews I am not the only one.
I will advise as many people as possible to avoid Lordgun.
Shocking and very costly experience.

We are sorry to hear that the custom charges have inflated the price of your purchase, however unfortunately custom procedures are out of our control and therefore we cannot advise clients in advance how much the additional fees will be.
Please note that we do not have influence over parcels that have been sent by clients. The sender is responsible for the shipment and in case there are issues, it is necessary that the person who sent the package contacts the courier service used.
Unfortunately we cannot advise why the parcel has been stopped in customs as we didn't receive information from the courier or the custom authorities.
A refund for a return can be issued only after the package is delivered to our facility.

Found a rare item stocked by this Italian firm. I had to pay a high fee for UPS delivery (on top of a discounted item price), but I was desperate. I was very pleased with the speed and efficiency of the despatch and delivery - which I could follow in detail on the UPS site. My seatpost clamp arrived in less than 24 hours from placing the order.

Your order has been shipped correctly with the courier service you chose in the cart: Parcel Force. Since this courier can take up to 25 working days to deliver a package, it is difficult to understand if there is an issue if they don't update the tracking information. We would like to point out that if the estimated delivery time has not passed, the courier doesn't accept our query.
Almost a month later from dispatch, the courier advised that the parcel is being returned. Unfortunately we have not been informed about a reason of return. However a full refund has been issued once we received this order back to our facility.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the courier service.
