Technical issues with site
I had no issues for a while but I recently woke some money and then the issues happened I have been credited a 0.75p bonus that I did not want and can't remove there is also a game stuck open on my account I have tried to close with no success I emailed 4 times no respons over 48h I have used the help bot which was working for a while and stopped now for over 48h the bouse was ment to be valid till 4-5-23 but is still stuck on my account I have now tried Facebook and waiting out for reply on there fingers crossed I am already verified aswell.

I'm confused
I'm confused, they are saying they need a 3rd party gaming provider verification. It says in TCS that it only for winning over 5k. I asked how long and got told there is no time frame. Seem like a legit company though just all a bit vague and left me confused as to when I'll get my money withdrawn.
Update***
I made the initial withdrawal almost a week ago, had a number of replies but takes a while to get a reply. Now after 6 days after my withdrawal its been said the withdrawal is with payments and could once processed (still not processed) it will take 2-7 days.

Now the ugly, the offer of 25 free spins was enough to make me waste a few moments writing a review considering I had no issues with the company, Upon reading other reviews I thought mine being the best they have it would be foolish not to honour the arrangement but low and behold when it comes to paying for a service they don’t like it, they ask for anything to make you lose interest even questioning the offer and asking for the email, even though they commented on the review they wanted proof I done it, the email won’t let you reply the live chat is a dumb bot, you cannot get any help whatsoever because the live chat isn’t monitored by humans just the bot so don’t even consider taking their advice and waiting for a reply, if you want proof message me I’ll gladly put any horror stories right (they are possibly worse than described) it seems themselves and their sister sites are for depositors and losers only, I couldn’t get free spins that they owe me I dread of trying to withdraw, I gave them 3 weeks to honour the spins or I’d alter my review but I kid you not since then my opinion has changed, I apologise to anyone who has taken my review as gospel believe you me I’m embarrassed I promoted possibly the worst gambling site in hard times, I really thought they were good and they are at taking, so BEWARE THE PROMOTIONS HAVE LOOPHOLES and everything about the site is buookie would you trust an arrangement concerning money with a company who don’t reply don’t have any simple means of contact??
