I love this bespoke-style tree. I was looking at actual bespoke trees similar to this for 7x the price, so this was an affordable alternative. It is a very beautiful tree but unfortunately, I do have some gripes with it. First, was while I was unboxing and I noticed quite a few scratches on the base (on the side that shows, with the little plaque) which sucked, as its such beautiful, finished wood but it didn't bother me enough to go through the hassle of returning. Next, is how unstable it is. Because its very smooth wood is has absolutely no grip (on my wooden flooring). Despite being relatively heavy once essembled, you can literally push it with a pinky and it will move. It irks me a little because this could be easily rectified by adding gripping to the base. I've had to go out and purchase a rug and some grip pads but it's a bit awkward, due to the round shape. I only have 2 cats using this tree (combined weight of 13kg). I'm not sure this tree could support much more than that despite the 20kg claim. When a cat is trying to reach the top pedestal, the whole thing wobbles a bit. I obviously love this tree, at this price point, so we are making it work! However, it's still a lot of money and not entirely functional so hence the 3 stars.
