The safety harness is very strong and secured to the seat anchor points. With the hammock I use, there isn't enough length in the part that clips onto the harness as it has to fit over the edge of the hammock. I have added a further clip on section so it now reaches the harness. Without a hammock there would be no problem and the product is sturdy and secure.
Sleek product that does not effect the use of the car chair when needed by others that dogs!

Very happy with my purchase. This harness keeps my dog safe & prevents him from trying to sit on my knee (which is dangerous & distracting) whilst I am driving, even when he is wearing a seatbelt tether. I now have peace of mind knowing my little dog is very safe & can no longer try to climb on my knee whilst I’m driving. Highly fecomend.

Really pleased with how strong and secure this is and feel happy knowing should I need to stop in an emergency, my dog won’t go flying into the front or down in to the foot well.
