Lovely bear, when I warmed the stones and popped them inside, I didn't expect it to do much but my pup thought it was wonderful. She enjoys sitting with me in the kitchen waiting for the 3 minutes in the microwave. The only slight negative is that the velcro to hold the stones in the pouch was opened one night, but luckily the one time she did this, the stones bag didn't burst.

Whilst the bear is absolutely lovely and beautifully made, the insert doesn’t seem to warm up at all - I have a 900w microwave, included water in cup per directions and doesn’t feel like the insert bag has warmed at all….

Very lovely quality in terms of the teddy but getting the removable pad warm enough to make the teddy warm could be better. Perhaps a safety issue for fear of it being too hot.

This is super cute however the microwavable pouch is tiny and does not heat up very much. Therefore when you put it in the bear you cannot feel any warmth. It is just a very expensive soft toy for our dog.

The issue is my 10 month old pup managed to get the warm bead bag out of the teddy within 2 minutes! I’ve had to bin the bean bag and just let her have it as a teddy!

I'm sorry to see the toy didn't last very long. Unfortunately, due to the nature of their intended purpose toys can last anywhere from minutes to months. In many cases, toys are safe to continue to use even though they may have been damaged but we always advise to use your best judgement and remove the toy if you feel it is no longer safe.

The quality of the bear is brilliant, my puppy loved it but I am appalled at the inside heatable bag, I heated it up for 1 minute and it set a light in my microwave and almost blew up! (even tho it’s states to be heated for 2-5 minutes) It’s melted the plastic part under the glass plate and is now unusable - broken microwave and melted heat bag. Appalling as we could have been seriously hurt.
