The product itself is lovely, if your dog is a Great Dane. This product, is advertised as suitable for puppies. It is as large, near enough, as my 1 year old French bulldog and totally inappropriate. I emailed customer service regarding this, and have had no response. Paying £5.95 to return an item that is falsely advertised doesn’t seem fair. It is totally unsuitable size for most small to medium dogs and certainly not suitable for puppies!
These tuggers are the longest lasting ones I have found for our dog, who is a very keen tugger/chewer
