How not to buy a 13Kg orange Calor gas bottle
Step 1. Call the Chorleywood store.
'Yes we have five of these.'
Step 2. Visit Chorleywood store with old bottle.
"That'll be 49.99, we'll put the full bottle in your car for you."
Step 3. Get home. Remove bottle from car. They loaded me an empty bottle!
Step 4. Call them.
"So sorry, bring it back snd we'll change it."
Step 6. return empty bottle to shop.
"We don't have any of those. You'll have to take the empty away again.
Step 7. Drive home, again. Go into garden and scream.......
--Good old Trustpilot.-- Lords called me the very next morning to apologise and to get it sorted.
My screaming fit is over and they have reassured me I will get my gas bottle. -- Now THAT'S good customer service.

Very happy with my purchase. I was able to find the items I wanted through the website and by searching their Google See What's in Store pages. Tilak was friendly and helpful when I emailed to place an order. Once I had purchased the item it arrived the next day! (Royal Mail were on our side this time!)
