The actual product and installation are of a very good quality. The fitters were skilled, efficient and polite, however dealing with the office staff was the opposite. Once the initial deposite had been paid, there was no contact and it took weeks of persistance on my part, in order to finally get the job done. Communication is the issue here. Why not use a standard email, to update customers and explain that there will be a delay. Because this was a small job, only one window, the impression was they were doing me a favour,( at a cost of £1300).

No call back …
Called for a quote and told the fitter was busy with another customer and to call back in 5mins. Called back and was told the fitter has just walked out the door with another customer. To leave my number and he will call me back. No call back for a week. I went to A10 windows and they were excellent. They changed the barrel, aligned the door, changed window handles and measured up for 3 doors within days. I’ve ahead placed my order. Good thing that Lordship windows never called back, as I found a company who is better, reliable and reasonable priced.

Made an appointment in the shop, they took a call out fee. I was telephoned during the appointment time, asking if I can send photos of the patio doors. Following this, was told there was nothing that could be done.

Trades man turned up within a couple of hours of calling. He was polite and knew my issues. He managed to find the fault and repair within one hour and left everything tidy and working.

Like having a new door!…
I needed an urgent repair to my backdoor, double glazed, which fell of its hinges! The appointment was quickly fixed for Monday morning and your colleague, Alvaro, turned up on time.
He was able to describe what he proposed to do, the time needed and the cost very quickly and I asked him to proceed.
He replaced the hinges and did lots of other remedial work to my door which is quite old.
The result is fantastic, like having a brand new door. Great workmanship and no mess. I really am very pleased and will certainly use the company again if needed. Well done!

Worst company I have ever dealt with
Worst company I have ever dealt with. Strung along for 6 weeks on an order which should have been fulfilled in 2 weeks. Lied to on the phone by Jin constantly. Promised callbacks multiple times a week and never bothered to reach out. Had to physically go to the shop and speak with the owner after 6 weeks of waiting. The shop changed glass suppliers and tried to push a £300 up-charge, which suddenly doubled to a £600 price increase onto us, fully well knowing this should have been an absorbed cost by the company.
Promised a refund on the day and never received it. Called a week later and nobody had even processed it. Promised a call back to confirm refund which never happened either.
Nobody in this company has a clue what they are doing. Pure incompetence and unprofessionalism, I have never experienced anything as abysmal than this. Zero accountability and staff who will argue on the phone instead of provide customer service.
Currently fighting for the money back which the team doesn't even know how to process either. Avoid this place and save yourself the stress and the hassle. My new home is incomplete and unliveable due to the failures of this poor company. They will promise everything they can just to take your money, then abandon you and leave you with nothing. Would never support a local business again after this mess.

Alvaro swiftly replaced broken hinge then by chance also gave me a solution on my front door lock system, thus sorted out two issues in one go. Very happy with the service and competitive cost.

Replacing glass in double glass units…
I had to change the glass in the double glazed units in total 11 units (all misted) plus replace back door hinges. I felt reassured and confident from my initial telephone conversation and it flowed through to first visit and installation. Polite, friendly, informative. Responded to my emails within a timely manner.
I had a reminder call, day before the appointment and a call before arrival of installers. The installers arrived on time.
Installers were respectful, polite, tidied up after.
There was an issue with the inner facing glass, it was made safe and I didn’t wait too long for replacement.
I am very satisfied with Lordship Windows, Customer Care Service, their efficiency in resolving the issue so quickly and the respectfulness from the installers.
I am very happy with the new glazing, I can see out of the windows at last.

I had a broken double glazed pane
I had a broken double glazed pane. I called up Lordship windows they gave me a rough quote based on my measurements with getting a proper quote once they sent their installer. He measured up but without taking the sides out hence the pane when it came was not the right size. He re measured and a couple of weeks later the pane arrived and was fitted looks very good.
