I bought a tan gun metal chrono looked great when it arrived but trying chrono the watch was faulty ! Thought no problem 2 year warranty . No direct
Phone number and e mail that automatically responds . Unfortunately after returning tracked and signed for in Huddersfield. No sign of replacement . I said via e mail lovedcthe look of watch but chrono faulty . Bought via klarna 3 payments !
So been over 2 weeks since returned payments made and no watch !

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. I sent my legacy black watch back for repair of the minute arm at the end of the June. I had an email advising it had arrived in QC on the 2nd July. I chased this early August and had an email stating they were chasing the QC team. I have sent 5 emails since asking what is going on and why am I being ignored but have heard nothing since. Have yet to fix the fault and have b stolen my property as it is over 3 months now. Utterly appalling customer service. Seeking advice from trading standards

Sent my watch off a month ago

Sent my watch off a month ago, no response to when I will get it back or why it is taken so long.I was originally told my watch replacement would be sent out when I sent the shipping receipt then it goes changed to the QC are looking at it and then now for the past 3 weeks it’s “It’s with the QC team give us 48hrs” it’s been over a week since I’ve had contact with you. No one is replying to my emails, I can’t get through via phone. Absolutely worse customer service ever! Utterly disappointed. This is my second watch brought through you and genuinely always recommended them until now.

Utterly disappointing Customer Service

Be careful of this company, if you are 100% sure their watches are for you, then, and only then make a purchase. I was unfortunate to have ordered, and only when received noticed the watch was actually used. The website of course doesn't mention used watches and shouldn't ever expected one to be sent my way. Nonetheless, K*tie A*n was not very helpful and blamed me, saying i sent them the watch used when in fact, i realised it was used and in turn sought to send the item back. Outcome = they sent back the watch and refused the return I have had an offer from a friend to buy this from me, I had used a voucher code and had a discount so not overly distraught, just want you all to look out and make sure the watch is 100% for you, otherwise, take a video of you unwrapping it.

my watch was shipped a week ago but it was returned before it even reached my town and even though i sent a message asking where my watch is over a week ago i haven’t received any news or help as to what is happening with my watch don’t buy from here it’s a total scam

Mind blowing quality watches

Service is second to none.
Order process so easy, site navigation is excellent.
When my watch arrived, as scheduled, the quality was amazing.

Quality

Terrific customer service that resolved my issue in a generous manner. Received two watches, one is absolutely delightful- the other was faulty. They gave me many options and it was a pleasure doing business with them. If you're on the fence- give them a try!

I've had 2 watches from these guys

I've had 2 watches from these guys. First one I left in a gym in a trip to Australia (idiot). The replacement I purchased has been on my wrist everyday for over 2 years, only had to wind it up once, never goes out of time and never had to replace the battery. Great watch for a great price. Will certainly be using them again.

Customer service could have been better

Customer service was disappointing. First, it takes 4 days for a strap to come, when it says on the site 2-3 days. First problem.

Before ordering. I emailed asking, will the strap fit a solitude watch that I have and was told it would. Imagine my surprise when I went to put the strap on and it was too big.

So first, I have to wait extra long and then, the actual product itself doesn’t even fit after being told it would.

Throw in the one email a day reply and well, lord timepieces have provided one of the worst services I’ve ever had.

They've reached out and I can't fault their help, Katie Ann listened to my complaints and did help. So for that, I increase the rating from 1 to 4.

False advertisement and rubbish customer service

Bought a watch on a Monday and paid extra for next day delivery as I needed it for a gift. Was delivered on the Saturday. How are you charging customers extra for "next day delivery" and providing a service slower than the free standard delivery? Contacted them multiple times to track my order over calls, webchat and email and got no response.

The customer service is shocking

Edit: I amended my previous 1-star review below to 3-stars. A resolution was finally achieved and the company offered me a 50% discount and a replacement watch in return for an amended positive review. Although I have received a new watch which works fine and a discount, it would be disingenuous to leave a 5-star review as others with issues have done. The experience overall was very poor and certainly not worthy of 4 or 5 stars. All in all it took 6 weeks to resolve my issue. The customer service was suddenly amazing after I left my original negative review, but it should have never come to this. For this a 3-star review is fair.
Original review: The customer service is shocking, esp for a start up company which is why I chose to buy from them. My watch's chronograph is faulty and it's been over two weeks Im trying to get it sorted and still no consistent or helpful reply to my issue. They have not offered a replacement either even though I have asked them for one and they say on their website that 100 days no questions asked returns are offered. I am not after a refund, just a replacement to a faulty item. Would NOT recommend whatsovever

Lovely watch

Lovely watch. I purchased it as a gift for my husband for Christmas. Its exactly how it looks when it's been advertised.Fast and efficient service I received it just a couple of days after placing my order. Tracking service provided by Lords was great, and it was reassuring to receive informative updates from Lords regarding the shipping of the watch. It was packed, securely and the gift box provided with the watch, was lovely and classy, with a tag to write your personal message. Thank you Lords.

Highly recommend! Amazing Quality

I have ordered a few times from Lord Timepieces and every time I am extremely pleased with the products and the prices. The efficiency of the online customer service staff (Katie Ann in particular) is amazing and they are very helpful and polite. The products arrive on time or sometimes before and are in excellent condition. The gift boxes are immaculate and very stylish. I will definitely be ordering again in the future.

Problem resolved

We had an issue with a watch which took a little while to resolve, but the end outcome is that it was resolved and we were offered any alternative watch we wished, which pleased my fiancé and he ended up picking a different colour legacy watch to one he already has.
The initial experience was one star but with the end result I would say this is fair to be classed as four stars, as they resolved the problem.

I just received my watch from Lord Timepieces, l bought the Rose Gold Bolt watch absolutely beautiful. Respect in every aspect Lord Timepieces. I know l have style, l tried the watch on straight and never took it off until bedtime.
