Within days of my purchase, my credit card was hit with fraudulent charges. Simultaneously, my email inbox was absolutely flooded with spam messages; like, hundreds. Several spam emails per minute, for hours. The idea is that the fraudulent charge email confirmation will be lost amongst all the others. Common scamming tactic. Needless to say, I had to cancel my credit card, and deal with non-stop spam for days on end. I highly suggest you DO NOT ORDER from Lord Vaper Pens, unless you want your financial information stolen and used for fraudulent activity.

I have been purchasing items from this company for several years. At the end of 2025 I made a purchase through the website and immediately it was flagged for fraud and I had to contact my bank account and my card was also used and compromised. I canceled my card and had to order a new one and the exact same thing happened again to me and then to my partner a few days ago. I heard back from a member of the happiness team today and we spoke for 20 minutes about how this could have happened. Obviously, they didn't think it was on their end. He said we could call and place an order over the phone in the future and if they would have offered a discount or coupon code I might have considered but I will definitely be going elsewhere. UPDATE: the four containers of gummies I ordered came yesterday and were extremely poor quality on top of the fraud stuff! I have pictures to add but nowhere to include here. Even though there are freshness packets in each jar all of the sugar from the gummies is wet and at the bottom or clogged around the top of the jar. I have no idea how this happened is it's never happened before. I would go somewhere else and call them and do the order over the phone.

After a purchase, there were several fraudulent charge attempts on the card I used at this establishment. After seeing others had the same problem, I have to assume it was related to that purchase.

My credit card info was stolen from thus website. They claim its impossible. I had to shut down my card after it was hit with THOUSANDS of dollars in charges. Don't do it!

A day after buying from this company, my card info was stolen and had a fraudulent charge to rock auto in my bank account. I also am not getting good tracking so im sure thos is a scam company.

8 day delivery time to Australia! AMAZING.

I ordered 2 items from Lord Vaper and upon check out i purchased the insurance.
It's been 7 weeks and still haven't received anything, tracking notifications stopped and Lord Vaper won't return my email for assistance.
Highly recommend against this company.

Almost unbelievable how unhelpful and rude their customer service is.

If you request a refund for products you ordered that you DID NOT RECEIVE, they get MAJOR attitude and tell you to contact your bank and it’s not their job. I think maybe a hormonal 17 year old is handling their customer service, because something is not right with them. If I would have read their reviews first I would have totally avoided this, don’t make my same mistake!

I received the wrong item and was never offered any opportunity to return or refund. It seems like they are selling mislabeled products.

I "completed" order of a vape pen and the website sent me a confirmation email. I supplied my credit card information, et cetera. Within a few minutes I rec'd an email from a "company" [not Lord Vaper] stating that the transaction with Lord Vaper CAN NOT be completed without me suppling [to this "company"] the "last-four of SS# and a photo of my picture ID to verify my age." ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I then replied to the email I rec'd from Lord Vaper [Las Vegas] and stated this: Cancel my order, did you charge my credit card? Refund me if you charged, do not charge my credit card and I will not provide Social Security Account information or a copy of my driver's license. I'm awaiting a reply. Will check my bank account charges. BY THE WAY, my age is "77". Anyway, I want no part of it. Would the owner of Lord Vaper give his/her last-four and copy of driver's license to a "stranger" over the internet? Lord Vape should post a big and clear sentence on their order page stating that buyer's CONFIDENTIAL personal information is required PRIOR to completing all transactions. Amazing servcie from Scotty after I made an error ordering a package to the UK. I was stuck on how to order another item without being charged again for the packaging, but you Americans are geniuses, and Scotty devised a clever why to make it work. Great compnay can't wait to get my products.

Top level service compared to here in the UK. Damn, it woudn't even surprised me if they through in a cheap item for free with my order... What a great company

I bought recently some cartridges for my vape, i can see for now that everything is legit and great, i got everything very fast so i can definitely say that it's a very good company. I will definitely buy again. <3
