IV used loreal excellence hairdye for years light blonde.last time my hair came out damaged + brown like straw it took weeks to recover the condition i complained to loreal + months later no response. IV stopped using ALL their products now as they don't care about effects on customers + i wont be using their skincare as i dont trust this brand anymore
