We haven’t received our parcel
We haven’t received our parcel. We have no idea where it is. I’ve been asked for an account number when I called DPD but I had no account number. I have paid for a product but not received it. Additionally, I have tried contacting you but am not getting any response back.

Quality of the product absolutley insane! Delivery was the fastest ever! I have purhased 2 jeans a hoodie and a windbreaker and honestly very proud of them all. I had people asking me where I got it from. I got a size s my normal size is xs but it still fit great!

The return policy is not good when you…
The return policy is not good when you have a wrong size and the customersservice isn’t helping when you ask about sizes. They will send u a size chart that is not accurate. When you want to exchange sizes or return you need to pay £15. Overall the quality is good and the delivery is fast. But i wouldnt recommend it to try because you need to pay for returns.

The slim Jean seems to vary in size
The slim Jean seems to vary in size. They’re both 32 and I can’t fit into the essential slim jeans. The bottom feels extremely tight. I also had another issue with another Dillon jean even though they’re the same style.
