I ordered a sweater in a size Small. They sent me a Large. When I contacted the company, they actually told me that this is what they do. They send the product two sizes up. I told them the sweater was way too big and I want an exchange. They just came back and said they have a "unique tagging style" and will not correct the problem.
** Update ** A GM finally agreed to refund my money minus shipping. But that was the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered.

I purchased a mens wool lined coat. I totally never expected to receive a coat with NO Pockets!
No place for your hands,wallet,or anything.
The Faux outside looks like plastic IMO.
I will say customer service was responsive to my emails.
We did settle on 50% refund rather than sending it back. I will donate this coat although, I don't know what anyone will do with a coat with no pockets ??

Bought 3 pairs of shoes for 150euros 2 months ago. It's a scam they never delievered they didn't refund.
The purchase was made 2 months ago from now. They assigned me a coutier 1 month after (imile) and they never delivered although they sent emails mentioning date of delivery.
It's a scam
