Visited the store in High Street Kensington and I was looked after by 2 lovely ladies who were so kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. The perfume is lovely and very long lasting at a very good price. I have recommended this to my colleagues

I am coming today the store in DF0, but I am very upset. I Buy 2 bottles of parfum, and I am back to show for my family the store to buy more. And I buy one more myself, I pay with afterpay plus, and accept for all stores, in my afterpay sistem show approved and the machine too, and her very ridiculous say to me it's no. But it's yes.

Never received my package and mailed customer service twice with no response!

Visited Loris Livingston. Representative - Yaldaz.

Last minute birthday present purchase.

Establishment was due to close in six minutes. I explained what I required.

Yaldaz was very knowledgeable, she knew her products and had a very pleasant manner about her.

Yaldaz was approachable, friendly, and understood the brief perfectly.

First class service.

If you are looking for a accomodating, friendly and pleasant perfume adviser then I would strongly recommend a visit and chat with Yaldaz at Loris store in Livingston

Excellent price and quality, but even better service from the young sales lady.
The product even came in a beautiful presentation box.
Very inexpensive, and something I would gladly purchase in the future again.

Very poor on line customer service, they state they do paypal for online purchases but when u get to check out they don't offer paypal, when I emailed customer service they did not reply at all.

The perfume shop had an excellent range of scents with plenty of choice — I was genuinely impressed by the selection and the quality of the perfumes available. However, my experience was unfortunately let down by the customer service.

The lady who initially served me was overly forceful and lingered far too much, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I mentioned I’d come back later to make a decision, which I did — but when I returned, she was noticeably cold and dismissive, seemingly annoyed that I hadn’t chosen the more expensive option she had pushed.

When I politely explained that the more expensive perfume was out of my price range, her only response was a curt “that’s fine” before she walked off without offering any alternatives or further help. It was a disappointing end to what could have been a lovely shopping experience.

The perfumes are lovely, but unfortunately the service made me hesitant to return.
