My product arrived and after charging, it did nothing. I contacted Lormine for a refund about a week after I received my order. I was told to make a video of the massager and send it to them. In the video, nothing happens, only the woman’s voice can be heard. They told me that from the video the product appeared to be working fine.
I found their return policy and explained that I had met their time requirements for getting a refund and that I was not happy with the product. I got an email apologizing and offering me a 50% refund. I agreed to that. A few hours later I received another email stating that I was beyond the refund period, even though this has been going on since June 9.
Horrible company.

Do not purchase anything from this company. Total scam. They send cheap products that break easily. They state 30 day return window but this is also false, I opened a case within the 30 days and Isabel dragged out our email exchange and finally said no refund or exchange due to being outside 30 day window......total bs company and people behind it. STAY AWAY

Can I leave a zero review? I ordered the "neck Massager". The product arrived and I plugged it in to get it fully charges. no issues so far. However, after charging, I tried the "neck massager" and all it did was get warmer, no "massage" no matter what setting. tried again the next day, and the next, all with only a warm "massage" pad, but no massage.

The customer service sends out a response that is obviously a standard copy and paste reply. while I requested to return the product, and receive a full refund as I was well within the 30 day return window, the customer service representative just kept sending the same copy paste response: "it will be easier for all involved if you allow us to issue a partial refund for 1/2 what you paid and you keep the product" (not exact words, but a summary). 7 emails in total where I kept asking for the return label and for a full refund, same general answer.

after 7 tries, I gave in and accepted the 1/2 refund. suddenly the response was NOT a copy/paste and said the refund would be in 2-3 days.

today, it is 8 days, I just got the refund. at least I can say i got 1/2 back and can now chuck this POS product in the trash bin!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LORMINE.COM THEY ARE A SCAM!

I ordered the product on April 15, 2025 with expedited shipping. The product arrived in the USA from China on April 22, 2025. I do not consider this expedited shipping. I received notification this morning via USPS that the product is scheduled for delivery on April 29, 2025. HOW IS THIS EXPEDITED SHIPPING???

The customer service sends out a response that is obviously a standard copy and paste reply. STAY AWAY!!!

It is April 27, 2025 and the product is suppose to arrive tomorrow according to USPS.
