I bought a Lorus Classic Men’s watch.
One of the two keeper bands on the strap detached after a few days. As the strap still functioned, I continued to use the watch. Unfortunately, the second keeper band detached after four months.
The supplier (H. Samuel) tell me that faults with watch straps are “wear and tear” and are not covered by guarantee. However, Lorus clearly have a problem, in this case, with the design, the manufacture or with third party acquisition of the strap.
