Scammed? No customer service, no delivery received. Very disappointed!

My friend and I ordered a gift for a mutual friend’s Birthday and since receiving an email confirming the order, received no more contact regarding order/delivery. We reached out to the company via Contact Us on three occasions to no avail. We also contacted the Instagram page directly however after detailing the problem they ignored the messages, leaving us on seen. It has been over a month and absolutely no information has been provided regarding delivery. We believe this website to have scammed us and don’t recommend ordering from it.
