Not verifying account withholding money.worst Customer service, very rude, and ignoring

Well update on my friend they have paid 500 out but still withholding 8500 saying they may need more id even though everything has been provided come on los vegas prove your legit

Refused to pay me out when I won
Took over a week to verify me, and after verification (clear that passport had been used), still refused to open my account again and let me withdraw

I persistently sent emails every hour (4-5) on day 7, to which I got a reply saying that this method is not advised as it would take longer to verify me, but I was finally verified after the 4th/5th was sent and they sent a reply. To me, this was them realising that they could no longer withhold any of my winnings and would have to pay me, which then eventually did.

Their next attempt to restrict me was to say I was using 3rd party deposit and withdrawal methods, which is incorrect, as I was using my bank account and nothing else. This was sent in an email to me after I had withdrawn my funds. I said to them this is why their system is of poor quality (putting it politely) and that I had closed my account due to the awful service I received.

- Customer service knows and does nothing
- Over a week to be verified when wanting to withdraw
- Withdrawal says instant - over 4 hours per withdrawal
- Brag about awards from 2017 - won nothing since and will not the way they carry on
- "Police themselves" with supposed red tape and quote gaming rules and regulations that are false

this one disgusting site the quicker it goes under the better. same issue as other people taking money out ID required but my mother is 82 and her passport had run out and she won't be getting another.
she asked them to close account so they blocked her and kept the money thieves i would like people to know about this so they don't use it!

An absolute joke of a company, I have tried multiple times to get my balance withdrawn , I spent over £3500 without being asked to verify my account, I tried to withdraw £360 they then asked me to verify the account. Unfortunately my passport is 7 months out of date so they wouldn't except it as a form of id.... I emailed there verification team and agreed that I could use it if I provided a photo of me holding it and showing my body from waist up etc etc I provided them with everything they asked for, and then they closed my account so I can co longer contact them via live chat and I have got completely ignored no matter how many times I try to contact them.

I have now been told that the threshold for verification is when you spend £2000, so I spent over £1500 more before being asked to verify it!!!
